What are the experiences of taking the Sichuan-Tibet line, the Yunnan-Tibet line, the Qinghai-Tibet line and the New Tibet line?

Seeing such a question, I can't help but want to answer it, but it's really a long story. I'm afraid I can't write tens of thousands of words, because these routes have left my best time. If they have something in common, it is that the scenery is great, if they are different, it is really great.

The Sichuan-Tibet line and the Yunnan-Tibet line are basically the same, except that one starts from Chengdu and the other from Dali. The Qinghai-Tibet line is the most stable and the new Tibet line is the most difficult.

In fact, if you really walk, you will know that these routes to Tibet are far simpler than those mentioned above, provided that you know what you want to feel. Fortunately, within five years, I have completed these experiences, both bitter and sweet. Thank you for accompanying me to experience Sichuan-Tibet Raiders and Xinjiang Raiders!

Sichuan-Tibet Line is divided into North-South Sichuan-Tibet Line, Beichuan-Tibet Line (3 17) and Nanchuan-Tibet Line (3 18), all of which start from Chengdu and arrive in Lhasa. This is a rare landscape and cultural avenue. From low altitude to high altitude, you can see all kinds of natural landforms, understand the beliefs and life of ethnic minorities along the way, and the human landscape and natural landscape are intertwined and magnificent. The harsh natural environment leads to frequent road conditions here, which adds a bit of mystery and danger. One more thing, the place names on this line are also very beautiful and interesting. Along the way, I saw many magnificent natural scenery, but what moved me more was the rich humanistic customs here. Snow-capped mountains, lakes, forests, grasslands, highland barley fields, white pagodas and temples overlap; Teenagers who study Buddhism, herders who follow the grass, believers who knock on the door step by step, Tibetan uncles who walk to Lhasa, and celestial burial masters who are disliked and admired at the same time invite you to a tent to drink a bowl of milk; Witnessed the Qiang people's diaolou dwellings, various Tibetan dwellings, spectacular Buddhist colleges, and the process of collecting paper and engraving plates; I also personally experienced the natural hot springs along the Palong Zangbo River, played with the dam and jumped into Tibet. Kangba people used motorcycles to drag people and bicycles to the mountain pass to welcome the newborn yak head. When the big man touched the top of the mountain, there was a sea of people ... flowing clouds, dirt roads and asphalt roads, climbing mountains and going downhill.

Yunnan-Tibet line, national highway 2 14, Kunming-Dali-Lijiang-Shangri-La-Yanjing-Mangkang, joins the southern Sichuan-Tibet line through Mangkang until Lhasa. Then let's talk about this part from Mangkang to the south. The scenery of the Yunnan-Tibet line is a combination of grandeur and gentleness. There are many ethnic minorities and rich cultural landscapes. If there is enough time, this route will be carefully dismantled, and a month or so is not enough. Speaking of road conditions, the road conditions on the Yunnan-Tibet line are still not very good, but the accommodation conditions are undoubtedly good, and photographers can brush out many fine products here. If you have enough time, start from Kunming and take the Yunnan-Tibet line to Tibet. With the gradual elevation, the material is extremely rich and relatively poor, the journey is becoming more and more interesting, and the distance from Lhasa is getting closer and closer. Finally, you may find that Lijiang is not the most unforgettable, and there are too many other interesting places on the road.

The Qinghai-Tibet Railway, National Highway 109, is a route with plateau scenery. Although the scenery is magnificent, it is slightly single compared with the southern Sichuan-Tibet line and the Yunnan-Tibet line, which is prone to visual fatigue. The Qinghai-Tibet line is the shortest route into Tibet, with good road conditions, basically asphalt roads and many transport vehicles, so there are many traffic accidents. The Qinghai-Tibet line has a high altitude, starting from Golmud 100 kilometers and reaching the Kunlun Mountain Pass at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters, so many people will have a high rebellious attitude. There are many wild animals along the Qinghai-Tibet line, including Tibetan antelopes and donkeys, and they can also pass through Hoh Xil.

The new Tibet line is the most difficult and dangerous route to enter Tibet. It is difficult to supply along the new Tibet line, which requires some outdoor experience. This route includes Mount Ali, Shengshan Rinpoche, Yongcuo, Mabian, Daban, k2 Jogory Peak, and the only 8,000-meter-high mountain in China. It will also pass the roof of the world, Ali. The scenery of the new Tibet line is desolate and atmospheric. The oxygen content in most areas is lower than 50% of the sea level, and the sea level rises rapidly. It is necessary to cross Daban, the boundary mountain at an altitude of more than 5,300 meters, the Kunlun Mountain on the Pamirs, and the most desolate Aksai Chin Basin on earth. The section of this route above 5000 meters above sea level is 130 km. The new Tibet line has to cross hundreds of kilometers of no-man's land, over seven high mountains and Daban, with bad road conditions, bad natural environment and lack of materials. You have to go through the ditch on the new Tibet line where the bad smell turns to death, which is a gate of hell on the new line. Because people have to stay at an altitude of 5200 meters for one night, many people will worry that they will not wake up after sleeping. At present, most of the new Tibet lines are asphalt roads, but because there are few places to eat and live, tents and sleeping bags should be brought. There is a great temperature difference between morning and evening on the new Tibet line. Wear short sleeves during the day and it will snow in some places at night. Take more warm clothes in moderation. If there is a serious high reaction, you must return or rest for two days, and then move on after adapting to the high reaction, because there is no place for medical assistance on the road for many days to come.
