People nowadays simply don't have that much time to be an apprentice for three years. Everyone wants to learn skills quickly, and they all want to be impressed in three days. Master wants to promote her inheritance and culture, and at the same time, she wants to earn money to support her family. So the rules of choosing an apprentice are just words. But the threshold of being an apprentice is too low, and you can learn from the teacher if you spend money. When a master chooses an apprentice and an apprentice chooses a master, it becomes a money transaction, and even the master will look at the rich apprentice with new eyes. Now the relationship between master and apprentice is very chaotic, for example, some master and apprentice have become brothers. Some apprentices learn from their teachers everywhere, and their skills are better than that of the master, and then the master will kowtow to the apprentices and pay homage to them. Master taught his disciples the golden rice bowl so that they could have food and clothes. However, some disciples are greedy for money. For the sake of fame and fortune, they just pretend, take Master's achievements as their own, and even slander Master. Began to widely accept disciples, from unfilial disciples to masters who cheat the world and steal fame, and even claimed to be a generation of masters. Some people kowtow to the master everywhere in order to learn, saying that master and apprentice are like father and son. Think about how many disciples can honor and support Master as fathers now. All kinds of mentoring chaos are caused by money.
