Reflections on the Olympic Games

On July 28th, 2008, I officially became a volunteer in Beijing, and realized my long-cherished dream. With the approaching of the Olympic Games, college students actively participate in this service. During the Games, volunteers shuttled between venues and hotels, directly providing services for the Olympic Games and athletes. A group of volunteers are also active in various service centers, service kiosks, busy streets and subway stations in Beijing. This is our city volunteer. Although we didn't enter the stadium or directly contribute to the Olympic Games, we helped the people and foreign friends who came to China to watch the games. Positive blue patches are scattered in every corner of Beijing and penetrate into the hearts of Beijing citizens and tourists.

As a city volunteer, I sincerely feel proud and proud. It fills the regret that I can't be an Olympic volunteer, satisfies my desire to contribute to the Olympic Games, and makes me feel that I am also a small member of the big family preparing for the Olympic Games, and I am also a small drop of water struggling forward in the gurgling spring. Wearing that blue dress, sitting in front of the computer, I feel a sense of responsibility, trying to remember the Olympic knowledge in the knowledge base, answering callers' inquiries, translating for foreign friends and solving their difficulties. These things seem simple, but we must have a serious and thoughtful work attitude and give the most accurate and effective answers to the questions raised by the call. In this kind of work, I realized the questioner's trust in us, our own responsibility, and the meticulous work attitude needed to treat the work. This volunteer activity not only made me contribute to the Olympic Games, but also improved my language expression and organizational skills.

As volunteers and college students, we are the image representatives of young people, the imaginary representatives of China's future and the image representatives of this Olympic Games. The smile of volunteers is the best business card in Beijing. We should always pay attention to our words and deeds and not lose face for the Olympic Games. In public, we should pay attention to polite language and treat people with a smile. We want others to feel our sincere heart and let the world feel our enthusiasm: Welcome to Beijing!

We are a lucky generation. Not only do we feel that the Olympic Games are held in our hometown, but we can also serve the Olympic Games as volunteers. We should cherish this opportunity and regard it as a good memory in our life. The Olympic Games is not only a sports activity, but also a culture and spirit. And we, the disseminators of this culture and spirit, should learn more, let people know about the Olympics and let the world know about China. We are a bridge connecting the people with the Olympic Games and the world with China. In order to make the Olympic Games go smoothly, the bridge must be strong and reliable. Therefore, our responsibility is more important than Mount Tai. We will work hard and strive for the success of the Olympic Games!

2008 Olympic Games Essay-Olympic Games in My Heart

In my mind, 2008 is five colors, red, yellow, green, blue and black.

Red is a beating flame, representing the Olympic flame. This sacred flame has never been extinguished since it was lit in front of the ancient Greek temple in BC. Although the Olympic flame is lit on the European continent, it belongs to all mankind. It is this sacred flame that has survived war and darkness and is still pure. It is so pure and sacred that everyone in the world yearns for it. Every time the flame is lit, people can't extricate themselves for a long time, and tears are in their eyes.

Yellow, representing Beijing, representing us, descendants of the Chinese people with yellow skin and black eyes. As the capital of China, Beijing has long been the most active supporter and participant of the Olympic Movement. Things are beautiful, people are excellent, and Beijingers are friendly and enthusiastic. When 2008 comes, Beijingers will greet guests from all over the world with smiles and flowers in their hands, and warmly welcome athletes and friends from all walks of life from all over the world to participate in the Olympic Games.

Green is a beautiful grassland, a green forest, and blue is a pure sky and a clear sea, representing the environment. In the concept of global village, green and blue are eternal themes. People pursue refreshing green and refreshing blue. Over the past 20 years, the Olympic Games has followed the times and emphasized the combination of the Olympic Games and the environment. Therefore, the Olympic Games to be held in Beijing is green. On the one hand, citizens voluntarily contribute to the construction of the Olympic forest, adding a new landscape to the ancient Great Wall. On the other hand, the government invested in the construction of a "five rivers and ten roads" green channel to add green clothes to Beijing. By 2000, the city's green coverage rate reached 36%, and the per capita public green space reached 9 square meters. Black represents nature. Fuwa, the giant panda, is Jingjing, bringing joy. As the national treasure of China, the giant panda is deeply loved by people. Jingjing is simple, honest, optimistic and full of strength, representing the black ring among the five Olympic rings. Jingjing comes from the forest, symbolizing the harmonious coexistence and development between man and nature.

Blue, black, red, yellow and green make up the Olympic emblem and become a beautiful Olympic Games in my dream. Centennial Olympic Games, changeable, what remains unchanged is the consistent humanistic spirit. In the Olympic spirit, the humanistic connotation is immortal. As a special spiritual force, it embodies the desire of all mankind for progress. Under the slogan of "higher, faster and stronger", what the Olympic Movement really advocates is "unity, friendship and progress".

I have been excited about the Olympic Games for several days.

My eyes and brain can't keep up with the spectacular opening ceremony. I haven't seen such a layered thing for a long time.

For a long time, I was hurt by fast food culture and patience by endless advertisements.

I really feel that the history of China has entered a new stage.

At the opening ceremony, there were no painful struggles, complaints and groans that were bullied by foreign powers for hundreds of years, but some stood at the height of history and held their heads high.

Heads of state from nearly 100 countries gathered in Beijing, and athletes from more than 200 countries gathered together. This is an unprecedented event on earth.

As the country matures, we should also step up our study and keep up with the country's development.
