2. Sudden oil shortage. When the tractor is running, the oil supply is insufficient. If the exhausted air still doesn't work after replacing the plunger and nozzle, it is because the small steel ball in the ejector pin of the injector is eccentric and the fuel injection can't be atomized. At this time, the small steel ball will be replaced. If not, you can use bicycle flywheel steel balls instead.

3. The steering wheel wobbles and the front wheel swings. Steering wheel jitter and front wheel jitter are mainly caused by improper front wheel positioning and too small caster angle of the kingpin. In the absence of instrument testing, wedge-shaped iron plates should be inserted at the rear end of the plane between the leaf spring and the front axle bracket as far as possible to make the front axle rotate backward, and then the caster angle of the kingpin should be increased, and it can be restored to normal after trial operation.

4. Shift gears freely after shifting. In the operation of tractor, the phenomenon of free gear jumping occurs after gear shifting, which is mainly caused by the wear of fork shaft groove, the weakening of fork spring and the excessive gap of connecting rod joint. At this time, the positioning groove should be repaired, the fork spring should be replaced, and the gap between the connecting rod joints should be reduced, so as to ensure the normal speed change after the gear is in place.

5. The performance of the oil pump is very poor. In order to solve the problem that the oil pump can't pump oil during locomotive overhaul or the first overhaul, the oil filter or oil outlet pipe should be removed first, and then the oil is filled from the oil outlet hole of the engine body with an oiler, and the filter or oil outlet pipe leading to the oil indicator should be installed immediately. After the engine is started, oil will be pumped up.

6. Fatigue damage of hydraulic oil pipe. Due to frequent changes in oil pressure, high oil temperature and frequent Zhang Chi of hydraulic oil pipe wall, it is easy to cause fatigue damage and accidents. In order to effectively prolong the service life of hydraulic oil pipe, it is best to burn a spring with thin iron wire and put it into the oil pipe for support.

7, hydraulic braking locomotive braking failure. Carefully check whether the master brake cylinder, slave brake cylinder and brake oil are replaced on time, completely eliminate the air in the brake pipeline, and check whether the brake pedal meets the scientific height. The locomotive with pneumatic braking should check and adjust the maximum braking working pressure, and check whether there are abnormal changes in the brake cup and hose.

8, diesel engine oil burning blue smoke. Diesel engines burn engine oil and emit blue smoke. Apart from checking whether the cylinder liner piston group is worn, whether the elasticity of the piston ring is weakened, whether the oil in the oil pan is added excessively, and whether the oil level of the air filter is too high, the problem has not been solved. Attention should be paid to check whether the mating clearance between the valve stem and the valve guide is too large, which is a potential reason.

9. Scale causes the engine temperature to be too high. Scaling of engine cooling pump will lead to high engine temperature, accelerate parts wear, reduce power and burn out lubricating pump oil. The most scientific indigenous method is to select two large loofahs, peel and remove seeds, clean them, put them in a water tank, and replace them regularly to remove scale. Don't change the water in the water tank often, which will increase the formation of scale.

10, the inner tube deflates slowly. When the rubber inner tube is inflated slowly, the air in the inner tube should be exhausted as much as possible, and a funnel made of hard paper should be inserted into the valve. Two spoonfuls of talcum powder should be poured into the inner tube, then the valve core should be installed and inflated according to the standard. The talcum powder diffuses in the fetus and adheres to the fetal wall, which can effectively prevent the tiny pores from slowly exhausting, and the effect is good.
