Take all six, that is, six should be clean, six should be tied, and don't work with six dusts. Seeing color, hearing sound, smelling fragrance, tasting tongue, feeling body and feeling life, these six elements still play a role, but don't be linked with the six dusts. Fundamentally clean, dust is unclean and polluted. We should pay attention to six sources. How? Net thinking is one after another! We should read Buddha with a pure heart, not thinking about whether to read Buddha or not, and "Amitabha, Amitabha" will never stop from morning till night. The work is still done, the housework is done as usual, and the name has always been in my heart.
Some people say that customers come in to do business. What if the Buddha's name is broken? When the customer comes, I concentrate on dealing with the customer, but my heart is still fixed at one point. I won't be disgusted if the customer doesn't buy it, and I won't be happy if I buy it. I don't need to know how to handle things, but my heart is still clean. I am happy not to let customers buy things, and I am not happy not to buy them. Buying and not buying are not two, so they are equal and indistinguishable. "Pure and equal heart is Buddha". After dealing with things, mention the Buddha's name again. Is that the Buddha's name will never stop. Amitabha enjoys flowers, plays table tennis, walks on the road … Everything is Amitabha. Read, meditate and read when you go to the toilet! Without respect and disrespect, respect and disrespect are in your heart. Do you want to become a Buddha? If you want to be born a Buddha, you must be respectful! What is the pure land of solemn Buddha? Not putting flowers in a Buddhist temple is called the pure land of solemn Buddha. The heart of becoming a Buddha is the pure land of solemn Buddha! No one goes to the pure land of Buddha, so what is the solemn pure land of Buddha? The more people we go, the happier the Buddha and Bodhisattva will be. Buddha and Bodhisattva are not jealous of other people's achievements like us in the world. They hope that all sentient beings can become Buddhas soon. All buddhas and bodhisattvas have such a heart. Really dying in the western paradise and becoming a Buddha is called the pure land of solemn Buddha.
Understand this truth, there is no difference in chanting Buddha, and there is no need to always adjust the rosary in your hand (before the Buddha's head). "Amitabha, Amitabha only reads" and has been reading "Amitabha, Amitabha, Amitabha". However, if a virtuous person tells you that this bead with spikes is a Buddha's head, and you dare not cross the Buddha's head because you have already installed this image in Araille's mind, then you should not read it according to my method. If you want to let go of separation and clear your mind early, you don't have to take it off. Because everything is created by the mind, you can offer it to anything you think is a Buddha. By the way, some fellow initiates asked where the Buddha statue should be placed. As long as the place is clean, you can put it anywhere. Location is determined by all beings. Don't cling to sitting west facing east or sitting north facing south. Where can there be east, west, north, south, up and down? These are all separated by us. If you want to die, you can put the Buddha statue anywhere. Look at Amitabha here, look at Amitabha there, look at Amitabha everywhere. How nice! Always remind us to recite Buddha. Fellow initiates will die if they want to live, so it doesn't matter if the Buddha statue is placed in the dormitory. If you just want Amitabha to keep you safe, to be a rich man in the afterlife, not to become a Buddha and not to go to Elysium, then you should not put it in the dormitory, which is rude. If you want to be a student of Buddha next to Amitabha, there is no love between teachers and students, no disrespect, and you don't even have to pronounce the word "Nanwu", it is Amitabha! We teach others to read "Amitabha Namo" because he only wants to be blessed and plant a diamond seed, so he should be respectful and read "Namo". "Nanwu" means respect and conversion.
In this way, I honestly read Amitabha, walk Amitabha, live Amitabha, sit Amitabha and lie Amitabha every day ... No matter what I do, I will always be Amitabha in my heart. How to pronounce? That's it! "Thoughts are like pearls, Buddha names are like lines, and points are separated from each other and combined into pieces." Buddha's name is like a rosary, and it is pronounced as a line. You should put the Buddhist names one by one with your mind, and don't let them separate. If we are separated, the beads will be scattered as soon as our thoughts are interrupted. Just like weaving clothes, the Buddha's name is inseparable, and the warp and weft can be woven into pieces. To "read without reading, read without reading." As long as you don't mind, don't read, don't make a difference, don't read or read, just read the name honestly.

In my second year of studying Buddhism, I got legal benefits from breathing and chanting Buddha. I am very generous to Buddhism, and I have benefited a lot from preaching breathing and chanting Buddha everywhere. Until this year, my old fellow initiate (wife) saw a Buddhist recitation book because my eyes were not good. She told me that the old monk in Xu Yun, Master Hong Yi and Master Xu Xu all promoted the method of breathing and chanting Buddha. It can be seen that these eminent monks and great virtues have long discovered this method of breathing Buddha, but we have not paid attention to it and failed to understand it, so thousands of people cannot practice it.
The secret of breathing Buddha is to directly cultivate and control our seventh knowledge-the last knowledge, also called the subconscious. The last knowledge is persistent knowledge, which is a persistent base camp and needs to be transformed. Speaking of the last knowledge, in fact, most of our fellow initiates have begun to transform. Think about it, did you unconsciously recite the Buddha's name when you walked? With the stepping method, "Amitabha" and "Amitabha" ... going up and down the stairs is also "Amitabha" ... You didn't deliberately think about walking and going up and down the stairs, so I want to recite the Buddha's name, and this is the seventh knowledge at work, and you practiced. Since walking can be practiced, now we practice our breathing into chanting the Buddha's name by breathing Buddha.
How to practice the method of breathing Buddha? There are a few things to remember:
First of all, practice breathing and chanting Buddha in a static state. Breathe and recite Buddha while meditating, before going to bed or when waking up. Remember, it is difficult to use the breath chanting method in the "moving" state. We can recite Buddha with steps when walking, and we can recite Buddha with manual frequency when cutting vegetables. Fellow initiates should remember that if you don't try to breathe and recite Buddha in a still state, you may easily get hysteria, so fellow initiates must pay attention. Nowadays, many fellow initiates feel chest tightness and bloating when breathing and chanting Buddha. What is the reason? Mainly not as good as the law, the method is not well mastered.
The so-called breathing chanting method does not let you hold your breath and recite Buddha, nor does it let you "think" the name of Buddha with your head. How do you breathe now? That is, when you are resting, you can add the Buddhist name "Ami-Buddha", add "Ami" to your breath, or add "Ami" to your breath. Read with the sixth sense "meaning" first. After a long time, the seventh knowledge will be developed, and it will be easy to take over the last knowledge! At this time, you don't have to think about breathing well first, and then say "May-Buddha". No, as long as you are still, you will naturally breathe "Amitabha".
Don't "hold your breath" to recite Buddha. If you hold your breath for a long time, you will feel chest distension and chest tightness. Breathe "Ami (breathing)-Buddha (breathing)" and "Ami (breathing)-Buddha (breathing)" naturally ... or like this, "Ami (breathing)-Buddha (breathing)" and "Ami (breathing)-Buddha (breathing)" are cultivated with consciousness first.
After the method of breathing and chanting Buddha is completed, it may turn into a new state. But fellow initiates should remember that nothing should be forced, because this method of breathing and chanting Buddha is enough for us to practice for a lifetime. It's better and safer to let nature take its course and nothing will happen. But I have to say. If you meet it, you will feel scared. What's the status? When you breathe and recite Buddha to a certain extent, suddenly one day you will feel your heart beating very, very strongly (only during meditation), and "collision, collision" ... this sound shocks your heart! At this time, your breathing is disturbed. What should I do at this time? Turn right at once. How long does it take to say "Ami-Buddha" and "Ami-Buddha" with your heartbeat ... It will disappear in three to five days. If you want to restore calm after disappearing, you have to take a deep breath and recite Buddha. Of course, this is a very small number.
If some initiates are deeply rooted, this realm will reach another new realm in the past-the realm of no self. When you meditate, you will suddenly feel that your breath is gone, your limbs will die first, and then your body will die ... Don't be afraid at this time, it's not an afterlife. Death is a happy thing, and there is nothing to be afraid of. Don't be afraid. "Why is my hand gone ... why is my body gone ... why don't I read Buddha?" This is a good state. Do you really read Buddha? Read Buddha! It's just that you don't have the idea of reading or not reading at this time, but you don't feel it yourself. "Self-nature is anti-smelling, and sex is supreme." At that time, fellow initiates can experience it for themselves. Don't jump up. "My hand is here! My leg is here ... "Let nature take its course and come back slowly. In addition, it is necessary to passivate the roots of the ears and smell yourself. The method of breathing and chanting Buddha has been learned, and the Buddha's name has become a piece. At this time, don't care about the sound outside. We should passivate our ears. When our ears are passivated, our hearts will be clean. This is the chapter of Tong Yuan Guanyin repairing ear roots.
Now I use this method to analyze the old man in Spring Sound. As long as she sits down, you can't hear her, and you can't feel anything if you push her. It may be that the ears of Guanyin Bodhisattva are round, that is, the three wisdom of "smell, think and practice" cultivated by Buddha and Bodhisattva.
Once a layman from other places came to my house to discuss the three wisdom of "smell, think and practice". He said, "I have heard many classics, including Kong Jing's tapes and dozens of your tapes. Now that I've heard, I can end it. Is it time to close the door? "I said, have you finished thinking? He said "think about it" before doing it, and then "fix it" ... I told him: "You can't get anything from the three wisdom of Wen. The three wisdom of Wen is exactly the same as Jue's three treasures, one instead of two. The so-called three intelligences are that you are not allowed to smell it first and then think about it. Thinking is an ordinary person, ordinary people repair ordinary people, and you are an ordinary person without repairing. There are not two or three articles. You really want to smell them. Both' thinking' and' cultivation' are required. They are one, don't misunderstand the true meaning of Buddhism. "
Breathe and recite Buddha, and it's done. Have you slept? I fell asleep, but I have to breathe when I sleep. When I breathe, I will recite Buddha. Where did you end up? At least it is the top grade of Fan Sheng's cohabitation soil, but you are not inferior. Breathing Buddha has one of the greatest benefits: no illness, no rebellion, and freedom of life. Breathe and recite the Buddha. If you fix it, you will definitely not get sick. If you leave, you will leave. If it can't be cured, there will be no pain if you are sick, and you will definitely die!
I have met many old practitioners who have practiced for decades, but at the end of their lives, they stopped chanting Buddha. And those of us who breathe Buddha, even if we are fascinated, must breathe without knowing anything before we die, right? Breathing is Amitabha! This always corresponds to the "channel" of Amitabha, and the Buddha will definitely come to collect it. By the way, you will know as soon as you are tempted by the Buddha, and you will come to pick you up, just like the phone has been communicated and you have decided to die. This method of breathing and chanting Buddha can be completed in half a year if fellow initiates are determined to practice it.
In order to make it easier for me to remember, I wrote a poem, but our method is not meditation, but meditation. I'll read it, not explain it. Some of the realms mentioned below will not appear in everyone, so don't ask for more happiness! Let everything take its course. "If you practice all dharma with a desire, all dharma can't be obtained; If you don't want to practice all the laws, all the laws can be obtained. "
"Reach the palate and sit with your eyes closed": Reach the palate-the tip of your tongue slightly touches the palate; Close your eyes-eyes slightly closed; Sit sideways-you don't have to lie on your back. It's called sitting sideways when you're still. Lie down, sit down, lie down, lie down, but you can't recite Buddha without breathing! Single disc is fine, double disc is fine, no disc is fine, just chanting Buddha!
"Exhale into the heart": adjust the heart-when exhaling, it should correspond to the self, that is, integrate the Buddha's name into the breath. Breathe and recite Buddha. We are just practicing these two sentences, as explained earlier. Let me summarize and have a brief look.
"Listen to the sudden beating of the heart and say a Sanskrit sound with the sound": When the method of breathing Buddha is disturbed by the strong beating of the heart, say these four-character Buddha names with the beating of the heart.

"Introducing sound, dust, taste and self": the combination of initial awareness and original awareness. "Long-term study is empty and big-minded": If you practice it often, the pericardium will be too weak, and the surrounding sand boundary will be measured.
How to repair the method of breathing and chanting Buddha? Just let nature take its course and add two words into one breath. Someone said, can I add? "Amitabha"-good! Someone said, can I add four words? "Amitabha-Amitabha"-OK! Why? There is no definite method.
