Five, using aluminum alloy keel, its installation shall meet the following requirements:

1, main keel (load-bearing keel) lifting point spacing, in order to ensure that the main keel does not fall down, the middle part of the main keel should arch, and the arch height should not be less than 1/200 of the short span of the room. After the main keel is installed, its position and elevation shall be corrected in time;

2. The distance between the boom and the end of the main keel shall not exceed 300mm, which is more suitable than increasing the boom. When the suspender meets the electrical equipment, the structure of the lifting point should be adjusted or the suspender should be added to ensure the quality of the ceiling;

3. The secondary keel (medium and small keel) should be installed close to the main keel. When installing the panel with self-tapping screws, the joints of the panel must be installed in the secondary dragon with a width of not less than 40mm;

4, keel should be according to the design elevation, fixed on the walls around;

5, comprehensive correction of the main and secondary keel position and levelness. Connectors shall be staggered, the main keel shall be visually bent without obvious bending, and the deviation of butt joint dislocation at the joint of secondary keel shall not exceed 2mm. After correction, tighten all hangers and connectors of the keel; Check whether the installed ceiling keel is firm and reliable.

Six, using wooden keel, installation shall meet the following requirements:

1, wooden keel should use red, white and pine without deformation, and yellow pine is not allowed. The main keel specification should be 50 mm× 70 mm; The specification of the secondary keel is 50 mm× 50 mm or 40 mm× 60 mm; The suspender shall be made of 4 mm steel bars;

2, the main keel lifting point spacing to ensure that the main keel does not fall as well, the middle part of the main keel should be slightly arching height for the short span of the room 1/200, and the position and elevation of the main keel should be corrected in time after installation;

3, side keel should be according to the design elevation elastic line, fixed on the wall; The secondary keel should be fixed on the main keel with meta-nails; The secondary keels on both sides of the main keel should be installed in dislocation; Card keel should be installed between two secondary keels according to the block size and joint of the cover panel;

4, keel spacing, generally 400-500 mm; The bottom surfaces of the secondary keels and retaining keels shall be planed, and the section thickness shall be consistent;

5, comprehensive correction of primary and secondary, the position and levelness of the card file keel, tighten the derrick after correction, check the installed ceiling wooden skeleton, should be solid and reliable;

6, ceiling lamp trough, brace, bracing, should be properly arranged according to the situation. Light lamps and lanterns should be hung on the main keel or additional keel, heavy lamps and lanterns or ceiling fans should not be connected with the ceiling keel, and hooks should be set on the grass-roots roof.
