Why should I pay the purchase tax?

The state collects car purchase fees because you have to go to the expressway to buy a car. The expressway has corresponding maintenance fees, and the project construction fee is a financial expenditure. You can't simply make up for this by some business tax, so it's called European tax. When you get on the road, you will serve the public better. This is what the people must collect.
