2 Pressure measurement method \ Pressure measurement method is divided into two steps.

1. Connect the hot and cold water pipes together with a hose, and the hot and cold water will be fused together to form a water pipe. At this time, any water outlet is connected with a pressure tester, and the pressure pointer is 0;

2. All water pipes shall be welded. Before pressure measurement, all outlets shall be blocked and the main water inlet valve shall be closed.

3. When measuring the pressure, keep shaking the pressure rod of the jack until the pointer of the pressure gauge points to 0.9-1.0; At this time, the pressure is basically about 3 times of the normal water pressure.

Don't think that the pressure measurement is over here, it must last for a while. Generally, welded pipes such as PPR, aluminum-plastic PPR and steel-plastic PPR need 30 minutes, which can only exceed. Aluminum-plastic pipe is the kind of copper joint, and the time is 4 hours; Galvanized pipes also take 4 hours.

3 Judgment of results \ Every detail must be tested.

Don't be idle during the pressure test. We need to carefully check each joint and plug for water seepage. Because water seepage will affect the direction of the pointer of the pressure tester, we must pay attention to every detail and not let it go, otherwise it will be our own fault if something goes wrong.

If the pressure tester does not drop at all within the specified time, or the drop is less than 0. 1, then the water pipe is good.
