What does the form of labor dispatch mean?

The meaning of the form of labor dispatch:

Is to find you another job, the unit is only responsible for your system management, you sign a contract with the labor service company, and the rest are managed by the labor service company. If the unit doesn't want to use you, they will find you a job (or the unit you are looking for only uses dispatched workers), and the unit where you work will hand over all the expenses (including your salary) to the labor service company, which will be responsible for paying your salary and directly tell the labor service company that a labor service company has recalled you, and the personnel relationship is not in the unit.

Labor dispatch refers to the workers sent to the corresponding work units by labor service companies. According to Article 3 of China's Interim Provisions on Labor Dispatch, employers can only use dispatched workers in temporary, auxiliary or alternative jobs. At the same time, if the employer decides to use the auxiliary posts of the dispatched workers, it shall be discussed by the workers' congress or all employees, put forward plans and opinions, and be determined through equal consultation with the trade union or employee representatives, and publicized in the employer.
