If you must change careers, you must first be psychologically prepared: I admit that it was a wrong decision, I accept detours, I accept the decline in income, and I accept being laughed at. I just changed my career for myself. I just changed careers for my own interest and for my "feeling" of job happiness and sense of accomplishment in the next twenty or thirty years.
