Li (1697- 1756) was a poet and painter in China in the Qing Dynasty. The word Zhong Qiu,No. Qingjiang, was born in Nantong, Jiangsu Province (now Nantong City). Other departments include Tian Mu, Mu Zi, Yiyuan, Li Xian, Chengcun, Juedao, Xiaozun, Mu Laozi, Hanmo Cangtou, Jiangzuo Louru, Huainan Buyi and the owner of the library. It is one of the famous "Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou" in the middle of Qing Dynasty. He is an official, not afraid of powerful people, not flattering, honest and clean.

Li is good at painting plum, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, pine, miscellaneous, insects, fish and so on. He pays attention to imitation and the tradition of learning from nature, and can form his own style. His brushwork is vigorous, his tailoring is simple and vivid. There are "Wind Bamboo Map", "Fish Tour Map" and "Mumei Map" handed down from generation to generation.

Li was born in an official family. He once served as Le 'an County Order, Lanshan County Order, Qianshan County Order and Chuzhou County Order. He was dismissed for being falsely accused. After he became an official, he borrowed a circle in Yangzhou, used his own name as a master, and made a living by selling paintings. The works are free and unconstrained, full of ink and brush, careless and informal, which is intended to be between Ivy League, Bai Yang and Zhu Han. Plum paintings are famous for their thin and hard stems and new branches, and their sides are curved. The room is printed with "Plum Blossom Method", and the famous inscribed plum blossom poem has the sentence "No ambition, no wonder". I also like to draw pine and bamboo in the strong wind. The work "Shi Neng" was edited by later generations, and there were only 26 poems, mostly scattered in paintings.
