Let’s start with the ancient times. At that time, there were no modern machines, and the materials must have been just tree branches that people randomly picked and planted. Or, for more advanced ones, they could only be trimmed wooden sticks inserted neatly and deeply. Those simple ones are a symbol of people's enclosed territory, where they feed themselves, grow their own crops, and have their own homes. Perhaps, the door at home is definitely not that useful.
