Experience of writing a kindergarten intern

How time flies! In a blink of an eye, my kindergarten internship will be over. This internship experience has taught me a lot of practical experience in kindergarten, which is a valuable asset and can lay a good foundation for my future work and life.

I still remember when I first went to kindergarten for an internship, I found that my theoretical knowledge could not be applied to practice at all. In the face of strange environment, strangers can only start all over again. I have always been cheerful and friendly, and I especially like children, so there is no obstacle to communicate with children. Every child likes me very much, which makes me proud. Every day before class, I will wait for the arrival of the children at the door of the classroom, greet them kindly, let the children have a good impression on me, and I will play games with them during recess. Anyway, I will treat myself as a child. It makes it easier for children to get close to me. Finally, my efforts paid off. Gradually, the children will take the initiative to communicate with me and greet me every time they meet. It makes me happy to see their innocent smiles. Being familiar with them will provide great convenience for my future teaching work.

After I am familiar with the kindergarten environment and children, the instructor will arrange for me to really start teaching. Every day before class, I will write lesson plans and prepare teaching AIDS. In class, I will take what children are interested in as the starting point, arouse their enthusiasm, cultivate their advantages, let them freely accept new knowledge, give them an environment to speak freely, prevent them from feeling bound, and promote their all-round development. Of course, in addition to teaching, kindergartens also have conservation work. I actively cooperated with the arrangement of the nursing teacher and asked the children to wash their hands before eating and not to talk when drinking water. Sometimes it is necessary to feed the children, have a good examination during the nap, cover the children with quilts, let the children develop good living habits, teach as needed, and promote the all-round development of each child. I think an excellent kindergarten teacher should not only care about the parents of children, but also have good communication with their parents to give them an all-round development from home and school. Children are naturally curious and love to imitate anything new, but their own experience and knowledge are limited, so as a teacher, they should carefully guide and help, so they should have a wide range of interests, like to think about problems and have their own opinions to better help children develop in an all-round way.

This kindergarten teacher internship has taught me a lot, learned how to communicate with children better, and enriched my social experience. In short, I have benefited a lot.
