1. Broken ribbon: The tension of the ribbon is too high, so pull the suture or break the ribbon with a hammer. In the former case, the broken part can be cut off and stitched again; In the latter case, it is only necessary to replace the ribbon.

2. The ribbon is stuck: after the ribbon edge is peeled off and pilled, the ribbon is easily entangled with the ribbon wheel, resulting in the ribbon wheel being stuck and the ribbon cannot be normally retracted into the ribbon box. The solution is: firstly, open the printer cover, open the interlocking handle of the ribbon rotating arm and the hammer row, gently pull the ribbon back at the ribbon inlet end of the ribbon box, then close the interlocking handle of the ribbon rotating arm and the hammer row and turn on the power supply, so that the ribbon will be put back into the ribbon box after self-inspection.

3. The drive belt of the ribbon drive wheel is worn or broken: This failure is caused by the long use of the drive belt or the friction of the character chain. The solution is to adjust the position of the character chain so that it no longer rubs the transmission belt; If it is broken, please replace it.

4. Signal interruption of ribbon motion sensor: firstly, check whether the signal line of ribbon motion sensor is damaged, and replace the signal line if it is damaged; Check again whether the ribbon motion sensing signal wire at J6 socket on the interlock switch board is damaged or has poor contact. Please replace or plug in the signal line. ?
