If all the above methods fail, perform the operation of uninstalling WeChat. Open the WeChat management interface in the "Manage Applications" interface, and click the "Uninstall" button on the page to uninstall WeChat. After uninstalling, download the WeChat installation package, then reinstall WeChat and log in again.

Then consider the version problem! Enter the folder, directly delete the first folder in Tencent's directory (that is, the N-long folder name composed of numbers and letters), then reinstall it, and everything will return to normal, including videos and group photos.
