Although people cherish railway facilities very much, some people still destroy railways. A brand-new railway has just been built, and everyone is happy. However, some people broke the guardrail in order to walk less. This kind of security risk can't be ignored. Once a traffic accident happens, the consequences will be unimaginable.

At 20: 38 on March 12, 2009, a railway traffic accident occurred at K 1609+570m (in Zhijiang County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province), causing four deaths. Three people were injured. The traffic on the downlink main line of Shanghai-Kunming line was interrupted for 3 hours and 20 minutes. After preliminary investigation, the reason is that seven students from Shang Ping Middle School in Zhijiang County of Huaihua City violated relevant traffic laws and regulations on their way home, wearing headphones, actually walked in the middle of the railway and were hit by the 10922 freight train.

Sometimes at the railway side, I see some people crossing the guardrail to the opposite side of the railway, which really makes me sweat for them. Life is so precious, how can we not cherish it? Walking a few steps less has caused great losses to the country, leading to major accidents and so many deaths. Isn't this a profound lesson? Isn't a case enough for everyone to protect the railway and cherish life?

Railway is the main artery of the motherland and an important transportation hub. Therefore, we should protect it. Without railways, how can the materials of the people in Sichuan disaster areas arrive in time? Some grain can't be transported to other provinces, and various commodities don't need more people. Railways are like the blood of the motherland. Only when they are unobstructed can blood fill the whole body and make life full of vitality? How can we communicate with the outside world if the railway is gone? How to appreciate the beautiful scenery of the motherland?
