Cooling mode of high temperature workshop: 1. Use a negative pressure fan to discharge hot and stuffy air to cool down. Negative pressure fans are installed on the walls and windows of the workshop to forcibly discharge a large amount of high-temperature and sultry air gathered in the workshop to the outside of the workshop, so as to form a negative pressure situation in the workshop, forcing the air outside the workshop to flow into the workshop for convection ventilation, reducing the content of high-temperature and sultry air in the workshop and improving the air circulation speed in the workshop. This method is suitable for the needs of poor air circulation and high temperature and sultry weather in the whole workshop.

2. Secondary cooling of the air outside the workshop by using the water curtain system: install the cooling water curtain system on the window or side wall opposite to the negative pressure fan installed in the workshop, so that the supplementary air entering the workshop can be cooled twice through the cooling water curtain, and the air with lower temperature will be forced into the workshop for cooling. This method is used with negative pressure fan, and the cooling effect is the best.

It should be noted that the amount and speed of air in the water curtain cooling system should be sufficient to supplement the amount and speed of hot and humid air discharged from the workshop, and the workshop should be sealed to ensure that the air entering the workshop passes through the cooling curtain system as much as possible.

3. Use environmental air conditioner to cool the air outside the workshop and then send it to the workshop to cool it down: install environmental air conditioner on the external wall of the workshop and blow air into the workshop through a fan. After the outdoor fresh air flows through the wet curtain, the air fully contacts with the moisture and absorbs the sensible heat in the air, so as to achieve the purposes of cooling, ventilation, dust removal and increasing the oxygen content in the workshop air. This scheme is especially suitable for high temperature and crowded places.

4. Large industrial fans are used for ventilation, cooling and air exchange, drying and dehumidification, cool in spring and autumn, and comfortable in Xia Dong: the airflow generated by the rotation of industrial fans forms a cone from top to bottom and pushes it to the ground. After reaching the ground, it flows in the horizontal direction, and it is pushed upward to the roof by the horizontal airflow adjacent to the fan when encountering side obstacles, thus strengthening the air circulation in all directions and angles.

The flowing air can be quickly exchanged with outdoor fresh air through doors and windows, reducing the retention of turbid gas in the workshop. Its continuous breeze can accelerate the evaporation rate of sweat on the human surface, thus producing a cool cooling effect, largely solving the contradiction between air conditioning cooling and high energy consumption, and achieving the effects of no air conditioning system, small investment and large return.
