During cold drawing, the steel bar is both stretched and squeezed, resulting in plastic deformation, the cross-sectional area of the pulled steel bar is reduced, resulting in cold working strengthening, and the tensile strength can be increased by 40 ~ 90%.
Straightening and cutting machine is used to straighten and cut the steel bar with the diameter below 14 mm, and remove rust. It consists of a straightening oil cylinder, a traction mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a steel bar fixed-length frame, a frame and a driving device. Its working principle is shown in figure 1. Strong short-circuit current is blocked at the contact, resulting in high temperature, melting metal, and applying extrusion force to weld it into a whole. Because the metal splashes around when it melts, it forms a flash, so it is called flash welding. Multi-head spot welding machine can generally complete many processing procedures such as steel bar straightening, mesh traction and cutting, and can automatically produce special-shaped mesh.
