Next, I edited a rental information according to the above goal of finding a house. I think if you can rent a house without relying on an intermediary, isn't it safe and economical? After all, all my friends and colleagues have met with black-hearted intermediaries, and many of them have rented them for half a year or a year.

So I thought about it and began to take the initiative to attack the rental target by using the existing resources.

The first step is to find the owners of the target community and contact the owners directly through mass messaging. But the reality is that I'm just a community owner who hasn't paid the house yet. At present, there is only this group, which has about 400 people. By observing the speeches in the group, I found that there are many owners more than this group, some owners have many properties, and even the owners of surrounding communities. This means that some people in the group may be able to contact the landlord of the community I want to rent. So I sent the rental information edited above to the existing owners, and sent a red envelope out of courtesy. I hope everyone can help me leave a message.

Of course, the first attack ended badly with 0 messages. I summed it up: although I joined the owners' group, we have never met. Doing one more thing is the normal communication of modern people, let alone someone we don't know at all. This reminds me of the bystander effect often mentioned in the lecture hall of the legal system. If you meet a bad guy in the street and you shout for help, passers-by generally react coldly and negatively, but if you stare at a person and yell at him, this big brother asks you to help me! The big brother is likely to lend a helping hand.

So, after a long period of no response, I decided to talk to the group owner privately and ask if there was anything. As expected, the owner said that there was a certain community around him, and it was my favorite community. I immediately asked excitedly, can you do me a favor and pull me into that group? The group owner said that the people were full, so I followed and continued to ask if I could help wind up the rental information. And I sincerely tell the reason for my appeal: because the children are about to start school, time is tight, and I am afraid of encountering concerns such as liar intermediary. I didn't expect the group owner to readily agree.

Soon I received WeChat from four or five owners, and after communication, only one was generally satisfied. However, due to the epidemic situation, it is not convenient to see the house on the spot, and the specific time for seeing the house is temporarily stagnant there. However, I haven't missed many opportunities for unsuitable owners (one thinks that my two-year lease is too short and I want to find a long-term lease, and the other thinks it is a little far from my children's school). I also explained my situation sincerely, hoping to help spread my rental information. One of the owners directly pushed it to me, and the owner of an adjacent community gave it to me and asked me to add him, hoping to help me. I appreciate it.

After several such owners pushed the owners to operate, I got a lot of owner resources in the target community at once. Moreover, this feeling of being recommended by the owners of this community not only gives the other party a good impression, but also enhances trust.

In the end, I locked in three owners and made an appointment to see the house in different time periods on the same day, so I rented a very satisfactory house at the right price within one day.

I write this experience, some people may say, that's because you have a group of owners, if there is no group owner, it will be very difficult. Yes, I'm lucky to find an organization that wants to rent a house through the owners who haven't paid the house yet, but I want to say that if I don't have the owners of this community, I should be able to find it.

I believe that if I stay in a city for a long time, I will accumulate some resources from my colleagues and friends. If I have rented a house before, there should be some owners.
