What kind of city is Chengdu?

My understanding of livability is that the climate is suitable, the environment is excellent, the price is moderate, the pace of life is relatively slow, and the pressure of life is less.

The most important thing is that people have choices in this city, that is, you can live well with hundreds of millions, and you can live well without much money.

Let me briefly talk about my views on Chengdu from the perspective of livability.

The first is the house price.

To talk about housing, we must talk about housing prices.

In Chengdu, there are hundreds of millions of luxury houses and hundreds of thousands of houses, depending on your needs.

The house price in Nanmen High-tech Zone is more than 40,000 yuan, and there are many houses around the city near Ximen Shuangliu. It's not too far away from the subway. The north gate is also cheap in some places.

In other words, housing prices in Chengdu can be both salty and sweet, which can satisfy the rich and give migrant workers a nest.

The same is true for renting houses, some are expensive, and many are downtown and south gate. There are also many cheap ones. Many old residential areas in the first ring road are not expensive, and there are cheaper houses in the northwest east gate.

Then look at education.

Chengdu has excellent schools from primary school to high school, whether private or public.

Those with money can go to private schools such as Jiaxiang Xichuan Foreign Languages, and those without money can take the 479 exam.

If you can't get good grades without money, ordinary schools can also guarantee your basic education.

For colleges and universities, Sichuan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Southwest Jiaotong University and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics are all good universities.

Look at medical care again.

The largest is Huaxi Hospital, the second in the country and the first in the southwest, and basically all intractable diseases can be solved.

Others, such as provincial hospitals and district hospitals, are numerous.

General community hospitals can deal with minor diseases, such as vaccination, and go to big hospitals for troublesome diseases.

At present, all appointments are made by mobile phone, and the waiting time in big hospitals is longer, but basically you can see a doctor.

Traffic.

Before the layout of the subway network, it was a painful thing to take a bus in Chengdu, and the bus could not be squeezed in during rush hours.

Now the subway network basically covers several big cities, and with the prevalence of online car rental, the traffic in Chengdu can be said to be very convenient.

Usually the subway can basically reach most places, which is time-saving and safe.

If the bus is not in rush hour, there are basically no people, or all elderly people, just sit and watch the city scenery.

Work.

Chengdu's service industry and electronics industry are relatively developed, followed by manufacturing industry.

In other words, from the low-end restaurant waiter to the awesome IT elite, the income span is also very large.

This determines the inclusiveness of Chengdu, and all kinds of talents can have a place here.

I don't know much about the average wage level in Chengdu. According to the observation of people around, it should be around 7 to 8 thousand.

As I said before, the housing prices in Chengdu ranged from 10,000 to tens of thousands in the early days. As long as you work hard, it is not a distant dream to make a down payment after several years of work.

The development slogan of Chengdu now is park city.

It can be said that parks are being built everywhere.

Far away, parks have been built in the cities around the expressway, and each district has a big park.

Outside the community, wherever there is open space, small parks have been built now, and the living environment has been greatly improved.

During 15 and 16, the severe smog in winter has also improved in recent years, so the elderly and children should not worry too much about getting sick in winter.

Generally speaking, the streets in Chengdu are relatively clean, and there are few messy situations.

Climate.

As we all know, the climate in Chengdu is very humid.

This has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that it is good for the skin, and Sister Chuan's skin looks good. Even friends from other places will get better skin after staying in Chengdu for several years.

The disadvantage is that it is hot and humid in summer and cold in winter. This should be the most livable reduction in Chengdu.

It is easy to get heatstroke in summer, and I often sweat when walking in the street.

Winter is colder and wetter, and sunny days in the big sun can become news.

But now that floor heating is popular, it is much more comfortable to stay indoors.
