Magical little motor. Tell me how the small motor works.

The stator is wound with windings. When alternating current is applied, an alternating magnetic field is generated. The conductor on the rotor (rotating part) will cut the magnetic field lines and induce the potential. The conductors on the rotor are connected, so there will be current flowing, and the electrified conductor will be affected by the magnetic field in the magnetic field, so the motor will rotate!
