The reason for canceling this project is that OBD detection was added at the beginning of the year. As long as the OBD detection equipment is connected, the information on the car will be clear at a glance. Regarding the error detection of speedometer, in fact, with the current technical level, the speed displayed on the dashboard of the car is generally accurate and does not need special detection.

Blessed are the riders equipped with electronic handbrake. Due to different vehicle models and different testers, various situations may occur during the actual inspection, so it is not necessary to detect the parking brake for vehicles equipped with electronic handbrake.

In addition, the vertical deviation detection of far and near light is cancelled, and this project can be easily passed without changing headlights. The brightness and color temperature of the headlights still need to be tested, but the testing time has been shortened to a minimum of 30 seconds, compared with a minimum of 60 seconds in the past. Now the test time of the whole project is shorter, saving time.

As for the vehicle noise detection and suspension test, the lifting device was added, so it was easy to detect the problem of the vehicle bottom after the vehicle was lifted, so it was cancelled.

At the same time, the annual inspection added three major items, including tire tread depth detection, vehicle lifting and wheelbase detection. Among them, it is necessary to detect the depth of tire tread pattern, and accidents caused by serious tire wear can be avoided by measuring the depth of tire tread pattern. Therefore, before the annual inspection, riders can check whether the tire wear has reached the limit.

Vehicle modification is a key problem, especially the core components of the vehicle. If the vehicle is modified without permission, the reliability is not guaranteed, which may lead to serious accidents. Therefore, the detection of automobile wheelbase is increased to prevent the vehicle from modifying the wheelbase. At the same time, the wheelbase project can also detect the refurbished cars that are cut and spliced, because the wheelbase of such cars is easy to change after splicing.

As for vehicle lifting, I believe riders are familiar with it, and it is necessary to lift the vehicle during maintenance. During the annual inspection, after the vehicle is lifted, it is easy to check the modified parts and potential problems under the vehicle.

However, many riders believe that car inspection is unnecessary, time-consuming and laborious, and should be completely cancelled.
