You Zi Yin was written by Meng Jiao, a native of Meng Jiao (75 1-8 14) and Wu Kang, Huzhou (now Deqing County, Zhejiang Province), and his ancestral home was Pingchang (now Linyi County, Dezhou, Shandong Province). A famous poet in Tang Dynasty.

He lived in Luoyang (now Luoyang, Henan) and in Songshan when he was young. Meng Jiao made two attempts to become a scholar. He was a scholar at the age of forty-six, and once served as a county commandant in Liyang. Unable to realize his ambition, he played in the mountains.

Later, due to the recommendation of Henan Yin Zheng Qing Yu, he worked in Henan and spent most of his later years in Luoyang. In the ninth year of Yuanhe, Tang Xianzong and Zheng Yuqing recruited him to join the army again in Xingyuan House, so he took his wife to Kanxiang County (now Lingbao, Henan Province). Suddenly died of infection and was buried in Luoyang East. Zhang Ji called himself "Mr. Yao Zhen" privately.
