Travel notes of Peach Blossom Island in Chongqing

There is a mountain in Chongqing called Huanggua Mountain. There is a lake at the foot of the mountain, called Shui Sheng Lake. There is an island on the lake called Peach Blossom Island. There are no temples on the island, only countless peach blossoms and Li Bai are in full bloom. There are no old monks and young monks on the island, and the lake around the island reflects the pink of peach blossoms. Occasionally embellished with Bai Meihua, holy as wintersweet. Between red and white, it has won the pride of countless people. In the spring breeze in early February, the green flowers of Zhi Tao Island, a holy lake, are in full bloom. Even if the author doesn't understand the scenery at all, he can be infected with strong hospitality. Because of the low altitude and the warmth around the lake, the peaches and plums on this island actually bloom earlier than those in Taoyuan in most parts of the country. And before and after can be divided into four waves, can continue to see the end of April.

The beauty essence of Taohua Island includes Taohua Mountain, Lihua Slope, Taohua Valley and Taohuatan. Taohua Mountain and Lihuapo are a continuous area, and Taohua Valley and Taohuatan merge into another area. In the middle are all kinds of homestay houses and roads, inlaid with white walls and tiles, isolated from the world.

Along the promenade around the lake, I wander between the sea of flowers and the blue waves. Both sides of the veranda are covered with dead vines called bougainvillea, which is a local specialty. Although there are no old trees accompanied by faint crows, you can still see them among the holy water lakes wrinkled by spring breeze, which makes people look forward to the wonderful scenery surrounded by beautiful red horns in summer.

When I came to Taohuatan to connect with Taohua Valley, I saw pink and purple layers overlapping, red and white. Pink purple is the prosperous color of peach blossom, and white jade is the dazzling color of plum blossom. There is also the arrogance of extinction, which makes the peach blossom red and the plum blossom white jade form the wings of a tie on the same branch or even the same flower, which is a spectacle. What's more, the green micro-pleated mirror pool reflects the beauty of half white clouds and half red. On the occasion of lingering, I have to feel: how can the face of peach blossom be as red as the blue waves of the mountain?

Strolling to Taohua Mountain and Lihua Slope, at first glance, this peach blossom and Li Bai are so distinct. On the left side of Taohua Mountain, there is a mountain full of red, with almost no other variegated colors. Even the rocks at the bottom of the tree turned into a reddish background. On the other hand, the Li Huapo on the right is full of white, but it is dotted with green leaves, making a foil everywhere. The two mountains are high on the left and low on the right, and the green lake meanders through them, hiding the red or white scenery and gradually merging into the upstream reservoir under the dam in the distance.

Between the red and white mountains, continuous rape flowers are also in full bloom. A golden flower field fluctuates, running through the pink Li Bai in the ups and downs. In the meantime, there are groups of sparrows flying, occasionally accompanied by bees, which seem to chase and play with each other and show off each other's flower picking achievements. Spring breeze blows across the lake, white plum blossoms, brilliant red peach blossoms, petals that often flap and dance, fall in the fields, touch the skirts and accompany you to swim.

When you visit Yongchuan and Taohua Island in Chongqing, you will find that the so-called "people spend too much money without touching their bodies" is simply a lie.
