But knowing and doing good deeds

Ying wants to ask about the future. -"Paradise"

Translation:

Just do righteous deeds, do good deeds, don't care about the results, don't care about what benefits can be brought.

What is promising is illusory, why not empty?

Translation:

Everything in life is illusory, and nothing can be eternal. Suggests a fleeting concept.

The three realms pass through Zen silence, and the noise is difficult to calm down.

Translation:

The "three realms" are the sexual realm, the qualitative realm and the solitary shadow realm. Through the three realms, seek Zen enlightenment, get rid of the noise and dust in the world, and get clean.

Why do you ask Fu Sheng more questions? Only this floating life is a dream.

Translation:

Why should we care about things in this empty and illusory life? The whole world and life are like a dream.

A loving man is like holding a torch. If he walks against the wind, he will burn his hand.

Translation:

The gains and losses in life are sometimes like the sand in your hand. The tighter you hold your head, the more sand will slip through your fingers.

A pure heart is the Tao, and retrogression is the first sentence. -"Unknown Zen Poetry"

Translation:

Only when our body and mind are no longer troubled by external material desires is the way to practice. The truth of being a man is sometimes like transplanting rice seedlings. What seems to be retrogression is actually progress and retrogression.
