The second is encouragement and hope. In the five years since its establishment, the Henan Tea Chamber of Commerce has received tremendous encouragement from the government and members. I think the Chamber of Commerce mainly plays two major roles. First, it effectively organizes communication and exchanges among tea merchants from all over the world. In the past five years, the Henan Tea Chamber of Commerce has organized nearly a hundred tea events, promoted tea and merchants more than 500 times in various media, published more than 20 issues of magazines and newsletters, trained more than 300 professional and technical personnel of various types, held various seminars, Tea parties were held more than ten times. These activities effectively promote communication among members and promote business contacts and business development. The second is to establish a communication channel between Henan tea merchants and the provincial and municipal governments. Before the establishment of the Chamber of Commerce, there was a lack of communication channels between the government and businesses. Now, the Chamber of Commerce effectively connects the communication channels between the government and businesses, and achieves the communication between superiors and subordinates. In the past five years, the Shengshi City and District Governments have convened nearly 13 meetings with the Chamber of Commerce. Merchants have expressed more than 30 opinions or suggestions through the Chamber of Commerce. These opinions or suggestions have been responded to and implemented, and some governments are currently conducting research and coordination. I believe that as the Chamber of Commerce develops, this communication will become increasingly stronger.

The third is review and outlook. Five years ago, our Henan Tea Chamber of Commerce was established with the instigation and promotion of tea merchants. Nearly two million tea merchants and tea practitioners have a home where they can communicate with each other and the government. We worked together during the exploration and practice and made due contributions to Henan's tea economy. Although there are still many shortcomings in the work of the previous Chamber of Commerce, and there are still many aspects that need to be improved and improved, our achievements are also obvious. This chamber of commerce still has one goal, which is to serve its members. Members need to come up with more ideas on how to better serve members and be better government assistants.

There are still many difficulties that we need to overcome and many problems that we need to solve on the way forward. The Chamber of Commerce must unite and rely on all member units, actively carry out various tasks, provide good services to member companies, and do more work for our tea industry and the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone.

Today is a good day worth celebrating. Our xx City Volunteer Association was established today. Here, on behalf of all members of the xx City Volunteer Association, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the comrades who have contributed to the establishment of the association.

Together with you, I will closely focus on the purpose of the Volunteer Association, insist on performing duties in accordance with the charter, carry out various charity activities in a pragmatic and effective manner, strive to serve xx needy groups, and contribute to the advancement of social welfare and charity development.

As the newly elected first president, I am willing to do my best to work hard and spare no effort for the development of the association. Clarify the goals, highlight the key points, and carry out the following work step by step:

First, standardize management and improve the organizational structure.

The association will set up various service management departments to effectively carry out various tasks of the association and organize members to provide skills to serve groups in need. The fourth is to develop members and continue to grow the team. We will carry out various training mechanisms and hold orientation meetings before new members join to create a "big family" atmosphere and build a sense of belonging among members. Entrust potential members with important responsibilities, take charge of project leadership to create a sense of responsibility in them, train key backbones on the vision and mission of the volunteer association, and spread the concept of public welfare. Establish a training system for new volunteers training, professional service project training, backbone leadership training, and high-end training for special service projects; at the same time, a series of mechanisms such as backbone selection, backbone training, and backbone assessment and rewards must also be formed.
