Jiaxing tourism

Jiaxing is a small city, but there are many places of interest and historical stories. If you want to explore, it will take about two or three days to arrange tightly.

The shortest route can basically be divided into three lines:

1. Southwest Line: Three Pagodas → Yin Xue Temple → Chengnan Park → Fanli Lake → Shen Junru Memorial Hall → Meiwan Street → Zhu Shenghao's Former Residence → Nanhu Lake.

2. South Lake coastline: Hegu Tower → Lan Xiu Garden → Huijing Garden → China Painting Boat → Yu Yan Building → South Lake Revolutionary Memorial Hall.

3. The northern line: Juehai Temple → Shen Former Residence → Jiaxing Catholic Church → Zicheng → Bottle Mountain, Lingguang Mirror → Cross Ferry → Wen Sheng Temple → Shuangkui Lane → Xiucheng Bridge → Building → Zhongji Road Ancient Residential Group.

Let's talk about this southwest line first.

The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal runs through Jiaxing city, one of which is next to the Three Pagodas, and it has a beautiful turn. The three towers are a quiet place. Behind an antique archway, three blue-gray brick towers stand side by side. There is a pavilion beside the tower. There is a stone tablet in the pavilion, and the inscription is a bit vague. It can be vaguely seen that the tower was built in 627-649 AD, and the last repair was in the second year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty. Come out of the three pagodas, walk eastward along the canal for ten minutes, cross a bridge, and you will find the blood print temple. The temple is small, but it feels like Cang Sang, and its yellow appearance is striking. It seems a little deserted here at ordinary times, but if you catch up with the day of doing things, it will be completely different.

The next stop is Chengnan Park. You can go there by taxi. If you don't like going to the park, you can call Fanli Lake directly, which is not more than the starting price in 6 yuan. Fan Li Lake is a scenic spot in wuyue period, and it is a secluded place to go boating with the teacher after helping Gou Jian, the King of Yue. There are stone dressing tables and temples (that is, their original houses). A small lake is available for fishing. The biggest advantage is that you don't need money. Of course, for thrifty students, it is recommended to go to Fanhu. However, Fan Lake is not on the map of Jiaxing. The actual location is on Huancheng South Road, diagonally opposite the main entrance of Chengnan Park, with a small entrance facing south, titled "Fan Li Lake". The exhibition of various legends about stones in the temple can attract everyone's attention. One is Jiaxing, which was called Xiuzhou in ancient times. It is said that because the washing water of stone was dumped in the river, the mountains and rivers suddenly became gorgeous. Compared with the fact that there are many street beauties in Jiaxing, it shows that this face washing water is really effective. The other is that there is a brand of "History into Wu Road Map". Presumably, everyone has only seen the "road map of a certain army entering a certain place." The road map of this beautiful woman entering a certain place is so highly valued and framed, and probably only Jiaxing, a place with a special preference for women, will do so. The lake is not very big. There are many lotus flowers in it, and the statue of Shi's sister stands in the lake. According to legend, the stone was dressed up every day, and the washing water was poured into the lake. Snails ate the residual fat powder and became colorful, so colorful snails were produced in the lake. There are also rumors that washing your face with Fanli Lake has a beauty effect. The index suitable for staring blankly at the lake is 5 (from low to high, the index is 1-5).

Not far from Fanli Lake to the east is Shen Junru Memorial Hall. After crossing the road, South Road is Meiwan Street. There are many Koreans coming in and out here, and the architectural style is also very Korean. Even the toilets are very clean. Who let this place be Jin Jiu's refuge and the residence of important officials of North Korea's interim government?

It's not far from Meiwan Street to Zhu Shenghao's former residence. You can walk or take three rounds. It costs three or four yuan.

After that, you can walk on the South Lake Bridge, not to see the bridge, but to see another section of the canal. The waters here are very wide, showing another style of the canal.

Then the southwest line and the south lake coastal line.

When you get off the Nanhu Bridge, you can go directly to the Ditch Tower. But you must be energetic at this time, and you will need to walk for a long time to come. If you are exhausted, you can also arrange it for the next day. ) After the visit, Lan Xiu Garden is not far from the south. Starting from Lan Xiu Garden, there is a path around South Lake leading directly to Hui Jing Garden. This road is not near. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way, such as satellite bridge, Shuicheng Gate, lotus pond, fishing garden, teahouse and grove. ...

When we arrived at Hui Jing Garden, we could clearly see the panorama of South Lake, including Yu Yan Bridge. It feels great to stand on the misty rain bridge and breathe fresh air. I was born and raised in Jiaxing for decades, and I went to South Lake thirty or forty times. Finally found that the South Lake is the most beautiful in the misty rain. Of course, Nanhu Lake is located in the water network of Taihu Lake basin, which determines that it rains for more than a year. It often rains in the morning, and the lake is full of fog. If you have vaguely felt your stomach growling, just cross the road from Huijingyuan, and the distinctive signs of Nanhu boat dishes will be displayed in front of you. The food on the boat in South Lake is a major feature of Jiaxing. As for its taste, I personally don't think it's as delicious as Cantonese food, but it's also your loss not to taste it in Jiaxing.

After a hearty meal, interested people can go back to Huijingyuan, take a boat from the ferry to the island in the middle of the lake, see the Yanyu Building and visit the China Large Painting Academy (the fare is 40 yuan).

After the tour, you can spend another six yuan to take a taxi to the Revolutionary Memorial Hall to receive patriotic education.

Finally, talk about the northern line. The scenic spot of this line is my personal favorite.

From Juehai Temple, you can take a tricycle (three yuan) or walk east to Shen's former residence, and then walk a little further east. There is a north-south street called Ziyang Street, and Jiaxing Catholic Church is located on this street (next to a very humble residential building west of Fengbozhuang South Road). This is a large French religious complex. Although they are all broken walls, the tall bell tower still points to the sky. The relief on the arched door eroded by years is still beautiful, and the lobby dome seen from the broken door is still magnificent ... it is even more regrettable against the backdrop of rotten grass and withered branches growing between the walls. After being devastated in the Cultural Revolution, it has not been protected and restored so far. What remains in front of us now is such a sad relic. There are Catholic churches all over the world. The wonder of Jiaxing is that it has been abandoned, and its remains are like buses in Macau. If you don't know the bus, just think about the columns of Yuanmingyuan. Italian priest, presided over by the famous Italian architect Han Rilu, started the preparation from 19 17 to 13. In the spring of 1930, Father Han personally completed the relief of the last fiery cauliflower on the bell tower, and the Catholic Church was completed. Jiaxing Catholic Church, once known as the third cathedral in the Far East, is a landmark building in Jiaxing. A few steps east from the T-junction at the intersection of Ziyang Street and Fu Qian Street, you can see a tower, which is Zicheng. This is the seat of Jiaxing Prefecture and the former site of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Listening Palace. It was built in Wu Huanglong of the Three Kingdoms for three years (23 1), with a history of 1700 years. At the end of the Tang Dynasty, due to the construction of Luocheng outside Zicheng, the original city was renamed Zicheng (in addition, catalpa bungeana was planted around Zicheng, formerly known as Zicheng, and later changed to Zicheng). From the Three Kingdoms to the Qing Dynasty, Zicheng was the seat of Jiaxing (Xiuzhou) government or military and political affairs. According to Guangxu's Records of Jiaxing, in the Yuan Dynasty, there was Li Wei at the main entrance of the city wall, and in the Song Dynasty, there were buildings such as the Temple of the King and the Arrow Tower. Zicheng Pagoda was rebuilt in the thirty-fourth year of Guangxu (1908). There is an arrow stack in the east of the city, which has been well preserved so far. The existing sub-cities and pagodas were rebuilt on 1990.

From Zicheng to the east, there is a north-south street, Jianguo South Road, not far to the north. On Zhongshan Road, there is a scenic spot called Bottle Mountain, which is a wine culture site in the Song Dynasty. It is said that when Han Shizhong and Liang Hongyu defeated Nomads from the Golden Army, Song Gaozong gave hundreds of thousands of empty bottles of wine to the armed forces, and then these empty bottles piled up into a mountain of bottles. This is obviously a legend. The bottle mountain I saw is a small earth mountain that is not too high. It is said that someone dug up a bottle or two from here. "Clear if empty" wine is now produced by Jiaxing Distillery.

Go east along Zhongshan East Road from Pingzi Mountain or call a car from 35 yuan. You can easily find the Lion Ferry (opposite the mosque) at the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Huancheng East Road. Originally, it was no different from an ordinary ferry, but after the representatives of China gathered here, the ferry had a unique meaning. Now there are statues of these representatives here.

Take a taxi to Guangming Street from here, you can see another section of the Canal and visit Wen Sheng Temple. If the driver is unfamiliar with Guangming Street, you can tell him that it is the small street between the north of bright primary school and the south of Long Island, California. The water surface of this canal is narrow and the color of the water is not so clear. Ships carrying vegetables pass by from time to time. Look at this canal not because of its beauty, but because of its simplicity.

Wen Sheng Temple was the only French theological seminary in China at that time, and was once the only convent in the Embassy of China, which had a great influence throughout Southeast Asia. It is located in a small courtyard beside the cloud river, hidden behind several rows of lush camphor trees, which are 100 years old.

It is not easy to find this monastery. Without expert guidance like me, I'm afraid I would really miss it. First of all, look for a gray iron gate with a quiet path and two rows of tall and stout camphor trees on both sides. These trees are over 100 years old, and the lush crown blocks at least 70% of the light, making the path look gloomy. There is an iron fence in front of the path, and there is a small camphor forest in the fence. The monastery is hidden behind this forest, and through the cracks in the trees, a small yellow wall is faintly exposed. The iron gate of the fence is unlocked. I couldn't see the figure when I pushed the door in. The wooden stairs are rotten, as if they were in danger of collapse at any time. Although it is Cang Sang, its appearance is still well preserved. It is an excellent place to take photos and travel through time and space. (daze index 5).

Walk 300 meters south along Guangming Street, and there is another scenic spot called Shuangkui Lane. Shuangkui Lane was built in 19 17. It is said that it was originally built to open a brothel, but later it was changed into a residential building for some reason. This alley is a typical old-fashioned building in Jiangnan. There is a street-facing building at the mouth of the alley, and the alley is paved with stone slabs. The houses on both sides are opposite, and there are relief patterns on the lintel.

Go south, opposite the Second Hospital of Huancheng North Road, and there is a Xiucheng Bridge. Built in 1450, the bridge is a single-hole stone arch bridge, named after it is close to the city wall and spans Xiushui. The shape of the bridge is extremely beautiful, and the arch is semicircular, forming a perfect circle with the reflection in the water. The stones on the bridge look very Cang Sang, but they are very strong. On the north bank of the river is a row of restaurants, built by the water, with antique wooden structures. At dusk, the window gives out dim light, and the red lantern with the word "wine" under the eaves swings with the wind. ...

From Xiucheng Bridge to the west along the south bank of the river, there is also a building of the King of Wu. You can also go and have a look if you are interested. According to legend, during the Spring and Autumn Period, wuyue was at war, and Gou Jian, the King of Yue, was determined to avenge his country. To this end, he sent a beautiful woman named to Wu by boat. When the ship arrived at Jiaxing North Tower, the King of Wu sent a motorcade to meet her. Shi Dengyan climbed the tower to bid farewell to the people who sent Yue. Since then, people often come here to look north, hoping that Shi will come home soon. The prince building I saw was completely different from what I expected. It is now similar to a teahouse. Many citizens often come here to drink tea, chat and play cards. Every day is crowded with people. Across the road from Wangwulou to the west is the ancient residential group of Yuehe River in Zhongji Road, where there are a flower and bird market and a dazzling array of antique markets.

Take a taxi in Jiaxing (starting from 6 yuan) or call three rounds (starting from 3 yuan), and you will be very practical. Don't worry that the driver will show you around. Moreover, if you are unfamiliar with the road and the distance is short, say, one or two hundred meters away, call a taxi, and the driver or the driver will let you go directly without bothering to pull you. In some places, if you have money, why not make money?

There is another reason for Jiaxing to travel, that is, except for the island in the middle of South Lake and the former residences of several celebrities, no tickets are needed for other scenic spots. Careful calculation can also save a lot of money.

Border Bridge is located in Jiuli Port, Qiganxia Village, Honghe Township, Xiuzhou District, which is the dividing line between wuyue and China. Built in the Song Dynasty, it was rebuilt in the 16th year of Jiaqing.

Changhong Bridge is located in Zhenwang, Xiuzhou District. This is an ancient bridge across the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, which was built from the thirty-ninth year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty to the first year of the Apocalypse (161-1621).

Fan Luo Pavilion is located at the intersection of Shanqingzha Road and Dongsheng Road in Jiaxing City. Ships going north to Suzhou and south to Hangzhou have to cross the gate from here, hence the name "crossing the gate and dropping the sail". This pavilion was rebuilt in Song Shenzong.

The most famous scenic spot in Jiaxing is South Lake. South Lake is also the most criticized place on the Internet. Tickets to 40 yuan are expensive for thieves. Most people took a taxi to the gate of Nanhu Lake. After thinking about the profound significance of Yanyulou and the Great Painting Academy, they generally thought that their educational goals had been achieved and they could leave this famous scenic spot with great interest.

Jingyansi

Located in East Qixing Town, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, 3 kilometers away from the urban area, it is a world-famous ancient temple. According to historical records, "it was built in the first year of Xianhe in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (327): Xu Xifu, a minister in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, built a temple because of the night light, formerly known as" Lingguang Temple "; Qian Wen Mushiwang Lishanmen, named turtle because of digging, was changed to "Gui Ling Temple"; Song Xianggong years, given the "net rock temple". Jingyan Temple covers an area of 17 mu. Among the 54 temples in Jiaxing, it ranks first with Lengyan Temple. Emperors of past dynasties have given it plaques and collected hundreds of cultural relics. There are more than 1700 volumes and 10000 volumes of Buddhist scriptures in the sutra depository, which are the treasures of Buddhism.

There are many eminent monks in Jingyan Temple: Master Sangha in the Western Regions, Lingguang Temple in Zeng Zhuoxi, urging people to fish more crops; In the Tang Dynasty, Li Bai praised his achievements in the Sangha Song. Another Buddhist monk, Master Hao Duan, later wrote 65,438+00 volumes of "Sui Shi Wen of Guangjin Mingjing Road", but found nothing in the aura, so he did not live in a secluded place and sat on the only couch. In the second year of Song Dynasty (9665,438+0), he died in the room of aura, which looked like life. There are more than 70 volumes of biographies and praises. The above monks are all Buddhist teachers. During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, the abbot Gui Cen was good at calligraphy and seal cutting, and specially went to Beijing to invite the dragon to hide in the temple and present it in the Tibetan Classics Pavilion. After generations of ups and downs, the Sutra Pavilion was rebuilt in the 20th year of Guangxu (1894). The word "Dragon Hidden" inscribed by Weng Shu Tong is now well preserved. In addition, there are 229 precious cultural relics in the collection.

In the 1920s, Master Hongyi, a generation of eminent monks and modern artists, came to Jingyan Temple to study and give lectures, and most bookmarks were collected by Hongyi.

Now let's talk about how to eat in Jiaxing:

Jiaxing cuisine, in addition to the above-mentioned South Lake boat dishes, the most famous is Wufangzhai. Wufangzhai is in Jiaxing, just like McDonald's and KFC are in many big cities, and they open branches everywhere. Wufangzhai is famous for all kinds of zongzi, including wonton, bean soup, glutinous rice balls and poached eggs. In short, Wufangzhai can solve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There is a row of restaurants on Ziyang Street, where local friends will choose to get together, which is economical and practical. Ziyang Street is a snack street in Jiaxing with many good restaurants. For example, the "top-notch" has several facades, the biggest of which is Sichuan cuisine. You should go to the one with farm dishes.

I can't recommend which dish is more delicious, because for those students who love farm flavor and Shan Ye vegetables, any dish on that menu can make your mouth water like a raging river ... It's especially important! Four or five dishes a meal 50~60 yuan!

Note: In addition, there is a juvenile road next to Ziyang Street, where there are only two small shops selling Jason Wu duck neck in Wuhan, Zhejiang. Spicy, people who like spicy food must eat it! According to the taste of Jiangsu and Zhejiang people, it is very delicious. A stunner when drinking and reading novels! There are restaurants on the north bank of Xiucheng Bridge, such as wuyue Family and Jiangnan Village. If you want to eat, you might as well come here. Besides the restaurant, there is also a teahouse. If you want to find a quiet place to read and write, you might as well go in and find a window seat.

In addition, Jiaxing also has a snack called mustard tuber vermicelli. Students who like fresh and spicy flavors will certainly like it. And as long as 1.50 a bowl, great value.

Also, if you can catch up with Jiaxing, which is near the Mid-Autumn Festival, you will be happiest, because Nanhu Ridge and Nanhu Crab have just grown up, which can make you full. Unlike other water chestnuts, water chestnuts in South Lake have no horns, but this kind of water chestnuts immediately changed back to horns as soon as they came out of Jiaxing, which is also very interesting. If the season is right, you can buy the freshest ones at the vegetable market in Zhongji Road, and fresh and cooked ones at the entrance of Nanhu Hui Jing Garden and Revolutionary Memorial Hall.

At this point, I hope it will help you.
