Legal analysis: It is divided into recyclables, harmful waste, kitchen waste and other wastes. "Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation" Article 28 Any unit or individual shall dump garbage at the time, place and manner specified by the administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation of the people's government of the city. Garbage should be removed in time, and the harmless treatment and comprehensive utilization of garbage should be gradually realized. Municipal solid waste shall be collected, transported and treated separately.
