Happiness is not having more, but experiencing more. Can you talk about it?

Money can solve 90% troubles in life, but it can only bring 5% happiness. Many poor people in this world are unhappy, but there are also many rich people who are unhappy. Then what is happiness? Everyone will have their own ideas and answers. My answer to happiness is to subtract materially and add spiritually. Let's talk about my thoughts.

First, don't buy things for cheap, and don't buy them for beauty. I like to throw things away, throw away things I don't like or seldom use, and I feel a sense of pleasure every time I tidy up. I feel that my life is lighter, and the demand for material emphasizes quality and suitability. I won't buy things just because they are cheap, and I won't buy them just because I think they look good. There are too many beautiful items, and all kinds of new products come on the market every year, so it is impossible to fill them all. Instead of spending their time, energy and money to possess each other, it is better to realize what they really need and buy it for themselves within the economic scope.

Second, make the best use of everything. In my material concept, I want to make the best use of everything, not satisfy my possessiveness. In turn, these items will occupy part of my time, experience and money. This is a relationship of mutual consumption. So what I want is appropriate. Material subtraction greatly improved my sense of happiness and made me achieve each other. In addition, psychologically, I seem to be a tossing person. I always want to do something through my own efforts to realize my personal value. I don't enjoy or like doing nothing every day, eating, drinking and sleeping. If I finally get a ticket to the world, I should make my life worthwhile and enjoy it.

Third, improve cognition. The support of the underlying value is the level of belief and cognition, which will be related to the improvement of consciousness, the broadening of vision, the expansion of knowledge and so on. My personal starting point is relatively low and my IQ is relatively average, so my only way is to keep learning, practicing, experiencing and enjoying the process. With my continuous learning and improvement, I now feel that it is not difficult for this society to make money. Instead of just holding10 million in my hand, I might as well be able to earn10 million. A man can't keep his wealth by his hands alone. I won't make money for the sake of making money. I will spend money to learn and try and experience the addition of the spiritual world in order to improve myself, because I believe I won't be short of money at all, and even I often feel that I won't spend all my money in the future.
