Introduction of Linxia Dialect

Linxia dialect, also known as Linxia dialect and Hezhou dialect. It is a Chinese dialect, mainly distributed in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and parts of eastern Qinghai Province (Hehuang area). It belongs to Hezhou piece of Zhongyuan Mandarin (originally belonging to Qin Long piece of Zhongyuan Mandarin). Linxia dialect is different from Chinese analytic language in nature, and has typical characteristics of adhesive language, which has been influenced by foreign national languages in long-term social communication. Dialect takes Chinese vocabulary as corpus and SOV word order commonly used in Altai language family as basic word order. There are Tibetan, Persian, Turkish, Dongxiang, Baoan, Salar and Arabic loanwords 1 more.
