Life is short, why do you think so much?

Life is short, why do you think so much? Aren’t you tired from thinking so much?

I remember a while ago I went with a friend to have a fortune telling, and when we were chatting at the end, the immortal looked at me and said: Young man, your life will definitely be good in the future. If you have a good attitude, everything will be fine.

"If you have a good attitude, everything will be fine?" That's right, I agree with this sentence. Whenever my friends complain about this or that, I will just console them by saying, oh, life is short, don’t make yourself unhappy. Being happy is a day, being unhappy is also a day, and you have to spend it the same way, so why let yourself spend it unhappy?

Speaking of mentality, I used to be really bad. I was extremely pessimistic about things, so bad that I almost doubted life. Someone asked me how bad I am? I can only say that I almost couldn't bear to say goodbye to this world.

Don’t ask me why there was such a change, because I don’t know either. I was overwhelmed by the pressure, and then my whole person suddenly and inexplicably changed my mentality too much, which led to the current situation. There is a sense of being aloof, aloof from the world, looking down on life and everything. "I want to become a fairy and be happy all over the world" is not an exaggeration.

As people grow up slowly, their minds are slowly changing, and their views and attitudes towards life, things, emotions, etc. will also change. Fortunately, my changes are for the better. Slowly move from inferiority to self-confidence, from pessimism to optimism, from darkness to sunshine. From looking like a zombie in the past, I now feel youthful and cheerful, and my whole person has become more comfortable.

In fact, life is an attitude. We always say that mentality changes destiny and attitude creates future. The fact is that a good attitude is the beginning of everything, and a good beginning can create good results.

We often cannot help but get angry because of trivial things, and we often make ourselves very angry to death. However, what about the people and things that make you angry? You didn't feel anything at all. You still did what others were supposed to do, and you were the only one who was worried about it. In the end, it took you most of the day to adjust your mood. Sometimes I think about it, why bother? Being angry is essentially punishing yourself for the mistakes of others. When you encounter something unhappy or unpleasant, or feel wronged or uncomfortable, smile and say to yourself: It’s not a big deal!

We often lament the fragility, shortness and perishability of life. We are also used to seeing life and death, whether it is the cruelty of war or the troubles of illness, but in the end the end of life is death. As a saying goes: Life is coming with bare buttocks, and death is leaving without a trace of soil. What we pursue, care about, and covet in this life are actually just things outside ourselves. We are only living to enjoy the sunshine that this world gives us in return? Water and soil? Nature! These only exist in the world, and there are many more things we can create in reality...

Some people ask: Why are we alive? Don’t people live just to eat and drink? If this is the case, then why do we have to work hard and suppress ourselves for the sake of a trace of vanity? And why should we suffer such pain?

We often worry about tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and the future, just like "unfounded worries", making ourselves worried and afraid of things that have not happened. Who can say accurately what will happen in the future? Isn’t it like a plan that can’t keep up with changes? We often scare ourselves and worry ourselves so much that we cannot live a happy life. But we have forgotten the words we often use to comfort others: When soldiers come, they will be blocked, and when water comes, the earth will cover them up.

Life is like this, one day is when one eyes are closed and one is open, one is a lifetime.

Life is short, live in the moment, don’t think too much, don’t care too much, and cherish every day you live.
