3. Working hours. Many factories basically have two shifts. It's okay to work more than ten hours a day in the day, but most factories need to work at night. Continuous night shift is not only harmful to the body, but also makes the whole person's mental outlook "dementia"!

4. Environmental problems. The environment of the factory is basically closed, and the factory, canteen and dormitory are three points and one line every day, which is almost "isolated". For a long time, many people can't stand this depressing environment and have to resign!

5. Intermediary. Now the reputation of the factory is basically tarnished by the intermediary. The factory is fooling around with the intermediary, and the intermediary has to pay the introduction fee. Before you go in, you have all kinds of tricks and dare to say anything good. As a result, many people find themselves cheated and will naturally leave. Over time, a vicious circle has been formed!
