Having said that, we have to talk about Hakka tea culture. Hakka tea culture is different from Chaoshan kungfu tea. Generally, only a few people use a few cups, but there is no fixed number. All the tea is freshly brewed, which is very different from the big teapot in the north. In terms of diet, Hakka people have a heavy taste (in Guangdong), and they don't like to use too many ingredients in cooking, pursuing an original flavor. Hakka dialect is equivalent to ancient Chinese, so many words are very similar to classical Chinese. For example, eating is called "eating", but three meals are different.
