Why do some people like to send everything to friends?

I used to make friends when I was unhappy, which may be a way of self-venting. I was much happier when I sent it, but later I found that most of my friends are easy to make irresponsible remarks. People who always like to bask in their circle of friends are actually lacking in love and self-confidence. They need praise from others to increase their self-confidence, satisfaction and sharing spirit, whether to show off or force others, or to shape their own high-end or taste. What's more, many of them are originally for good intentions or other purposes. This is the essential desire of human beings, and everyone has the desire to share what they are satisfied with with with others.
