What's the difference between atropine and adrenaline?

Atropine is an M receptor blocker, while adrenaline is not an α, β receptor agonist. Because of its low specificity and many adverse reactions, many effects can be replaced by other drugs. Atropine is now used to reduce gland secretion, lift the ban on gastrointestinal tract and detoxify organophosphorus. Adrenaline is mostly used for anaphylactic shock, but other effects are less used.
