After all, the revolution of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom dealt a heavy blow to the reactionary forces at home and abroad at that time and had a far-reaching influence in the history of China. Later, Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the father of the Revolution of 1911, boasted that Hong Xiuquan was the second. Moreover, many new attempts of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Revolution in the modern revolutionary history of China have accumulated rich experience for the later revolutionary movements. The failure of Hong Xiuquan and the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom itself cannot be used as a benchmark to measure a nation and a country. Personally, I think Hong Xiuquan is a great hero and the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom Movement is an epic!
