Wei, 1958 was born in Juxian county. He is over half a year old and has white hair on his head. He said that his first contact with seal cutting was 1972. At that time, Wei Cai 14 years old. He doesn't know that he likes seal cutting, but he just likes to find a stone to carve words on. At that time, there was a Chengyang art factory in Juxian county, which contained many stones used to make handicrafts. Wei went to his art factory to find stone carvings. At that time, he didn't know what a seal carving knife was, so he carved it with a pencil sharpener and nails, and finally polished it with a hacksaw head and carved it on a stone.

Slowly Wei found himself obsessed with seal cutting, and one day he would feel uncomfortable if he didn't carve stone. After the family knew it, they wouldn't let him carve it, thinking it was nothing. In the countryside, who will know Wei's hobbies? Wei is obsessed with seal cutting, and everyone in the village thinks Wei is abnormal. But Wei is still engraved with his stone, even more obsessed. Slowly, Wei has a little knowledge of seal cutting and calligraphy. He is determined to do seal cutting well, because he likes seal cutting from the bottom of his heart.

After Wei married his wife, Yan Jilan, his mind was completely focused on seal cutting calligraphy. The land at home was unmanaged and overgrown with weeds. Villagers joke, wives complain. Wei Yanjun told me this way: "At that time, there were two large pastures in the village, one of which was my family's responsible field."

At that time, this situation made Wei very painful. No one understands his hobby, and no one understands him. At this time, Wei thought of becoming a monk, because then he could concentrate on seal cutting without involving his wife and children to suffer with him. Wei said to me, "It is said that farmers don't know art and can only farm. I am a farmer. I should be farming with peace of mind, but I can't farm. I love art, and I really wanted to become a monk at that time, because no one understood it was too painful. "

It took 15 spring and autumn periods to creatively produce a giant seal of "Chinese Hail" with a printing number of 2009mmX2009mmX 1560mm and a weight of 16t.

Four Chinese characters "Salute to China" are engraved in Zhu Wen in the middle of the seal, and the word "Fu" in Oracle Bone Inscriptions is engraved in white on the edge of the wide seal, which brings together 10,000 "Fu" words written by emperors, generals, literati and celebrities from all historical periods to the present. The "Chinese Wanfu" giant seal integrates the understanding, research and appreciation of the "Fu" culture, prays for the Chinese Wanfu, realizes the beautiful wish of blessing all over China, and shows the colorful cultural charm of "Fu" for 5,000 years. As a gift to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), the giant seal of "Salute to China" will be transported to Beijing, the capital, as a gift to the motherland and declared in the Guinness Book of World Records.

In order to complete the production of the giant seal, Wei took out all his possessions, and now he is heavily in debt.
