The reason why Sun Wukong could not be killed was because he ate the golden elixir of Taishang Laojun. At this time, Taishang Laojun took the initiative to propose using the Bagua Stove. After refining the demon monkey to death, the Jade Emperor refused without any reason. Taishang Laojun took Sun Wukong back to Tushita Palace, removed the rope and pushed it into the Bagua furnace, and ordered people to refine it for seven, seven and forty-nine days. Is Taishang Laojun’s Bagua furnace just a decoration?

A few bricks with residual fire in the Bagua furnace will become an 800-mile mountain of flames in the world, which shows that the Bagua furnace is infinitely powerful. Sun Wukong was sent to the Bagua furnace for refining. What kind of fire did Laojun use?

There are two mysterious fire types in the original work, but they do not include the true fire of Samadhi. According to Buddhism, after burning a person, the remaining remains should definitely be called relics, so Lao Jin’s purpose is to torture Sun Wukong’s origins .

So has Taishang Laojun’s goal been achieved? Obviously not. Seventy-seven forty-nine days later, when the furnace was turned on, the Great Sage covered his eyes with his hands and was rubbing his eyes with runny eyes. At this moment, he heard the sound of the furnace and suddenly opened his eyes and saw the light. He couldn't help but jump out of the alchemy furnace, hit the Bagua furnace with a hula, and walked out.

Now Liu Dingjia was panicking and was setting up the fire to watch the stove. A group of people came to pull him, but he knocked them down one by one. At this time, Sun Wukong was like a crazy white-fronted tiger. Laojun also caught up and grabbed a handful, but was thrown by him, fell upside down, and escaped.

Not only was Sun Wukong not burned to death by the Bagua Furnace, but he also knocked Laojun over. Why is this? Is the power of the Six Ding Divine Fire too small? No, the power of these Six Ding Divine Fire is astonishing, let alone the weapon refining. In the original work, Taishang Laojun made a bet with Guanyin Bodhisattva and roasted the willow branches in the jade vase in the Bagua furnace. As a result, they were scorched and withered.

Since the fire is so powerful, why was Sun Wukong not made into a relic? We still have to find the answer in the original work:

So did Sun Wukong himself say that he caused havoc in Heaven? That much? Sun Wukong came out of Tushita Palace, holding the golden cudgel without distinguishing between good and bad. The Nine Obsidian Stars he beat were protected behind closed doors, and the Four Heavenly Kings were invisible. This is interesting. If they came out to fight, it would be a different matter if they couldn't beat them, but they didn't go out. To protect heaven, this is a bit derelict.

Then Sun Wukong felt as if he had entered a godless state and directly hit the Lingxiao Palace. Except for the Jade Emperor's guards, where have the other gods gone? Where did King Li go? In the play, we see that the aloof Jade Emperor was so frightened by Sun Wukong that he crawled under the table. The Jade Emperor behaved in such an embarrassing manner. It is precisely because of this that Sun Wukong's reputation spread throughout the three worlds and he became a hero worshiped by everyone.

However, the real situation in the original work is that the place where Sun Wukong struck was in front of the gate of Lingxiao Palace. At that time, the gods surrounded the great sage, but they could not get close and they were shouting indiscriminately. The fight ended until the Tathagata was invited to subdue the monkeys and the farce of Sun Wukong causing havoc in the Heavenly Palace was over.

So, when Sun Wukong came out of Tushita Palace, why was there no immortal to stop him?

Because Sun Wukong escaped from the Bagua furnace, it was a complete accident. No matter the Jade Emperor or the Heavenly Court, all parties had no preparations. No one would have thought that this was a mistake from the Taoist Laojun. , do they think this was Laojun’s deliberate arrangement? As a result, all the gods have adopted a wait-and-see attitude intentionally or unintentionally. Is it possible that Taozu is going to fight with the Jade Emperor?

As for Nezha Li Tianwang, they are even less likely to take action, because the greater the trouble Sun Wukong makes, the higher the probability that Tathagata will appear, so this can explain that there are not many monsters on the way to learn the scriptures. Sun Wukong can beat him. In fact, Sun Wukong's fighting power is not as strong as we imagined.

In addition, the Jade Emperor did not invite Tathagata out of desperation, but Sun Wukong was already surrounded, which is equivalent to a cooked duck. Sooner or later, it will be out of the pot. Whoever takes the action will get the duck. The reason why the Jade Emperor invited Tathagata was to give Tathagata a reward.

Since the Jade Emperor can be invited or not, why did he still invite Tathagata? Because the situation has changed and Laojun made a fatal mistake, now is a good time to beat the drowned dog. And Tathagata is also the Jade Emperor's foreign aid.

The Jade Emperor shouted to invite the Tathagata Buddha, which directly promoted the Tathagata from the Buddha to the Buddha. Therefore, the Tathagata's becoming a Buddha is inseparable from the strong support of the Jade Emperor.

So why does the Jade Emperor need a Buddha? We have seen the previous situation in Heaven. The Jade Emperor holds the title of honor in name, but his real control over the gods in Heaven is very weak. The Jade Emperor has to be courteous when meeting Lao Jun. The Jade Emperor needs a force to check and balance. Taoism. According to the Jade Emperor's script, Tathagata should have appeared long ago, but because Laojun's elixir was accidentally lost, Laojun directly intervened. Therefore, the Jade Emperor must change his plan and deal with Sun Wukong as soon as possible.

The development of things to this point was caused by many unexpected events, which no one expected. So after Tathagata appeared, we are all familiar with the subsequent plot. Sun Wukong jumped into Tathagata's palm and let him fly, but he did not fly out. Why is this?
