Later, the monkey was released from prison and was arranged by the Tathagata to protect the Tang Priest. There are countless demons along the way, and monkeys can't cope with them at all. He kept asking the immortals from all walks of life to help him subdue the demon, but every fairy still called him the Great Sage when he met the monkey. Why? Obviously, his uprising failed, and he stayed in prison for some time. It seems that everyone's attitude towards him hasn't changed at all.

In fact, there are two main reasons. The first reason is that monkeys call themselves great saints, and the jade emperor exaggerates. After the monkey was suppressed, the Jade Emperor didn't send a message to cancel the title, so it is reasonable to continue calling him the Great Sage.

Second, after the monkey failed, the gods in the sky always looked down on him and looked at his jokes. Call him BiMarvin. I'm scared. After all, monkeys hate this name, which is really annoying.
