What does locker room talk mean?

Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate of the United States, was exposed as using extremely obscene language to talk about molesting women. He mentioned how he forcibly kissed women, touched them, and said, "As long as you are a celebrity, they will let you do it." In the second presidential debate that just passed, Trump downplayed that the remarks were just "locker-room talk." Vulgar, disrespectful, and often sexual conversations between men, usually in high school locker rooms. The only purpose of existence is joking between men and should not be taken seriously.
