Why can't many Hakkas express themselves in Mandarin, or even speak many nouns?

This question is relative. There are many nouns in the same Mandarin that Hakka can't speak. Not because of profundity. There are many foreign words in Putonghua that are affirmative, which also fills the shortage of vocabulary (especially professional vocabulary and terminology). This is beyond the reach of Hakka dialect.
