Among them, there are two answers: one is "in the name of Tommy, living, sitting and lying, regardless of whether the season is near or not, is a justified cause, willing to follow the wishes of the Buddha." Simply put, reading Tommy's name is a positive karma.

How to specialize? Be good at thinking and practice. Ideological specialization means one heart. The so-called "single-mindedness" means specialization, and professionals are single-minded. The master of good guidance has no complicated and mysterious explanation for "one heart". Here, "wholeheartedly" is a very common, common and natural word, which everyone can understand and do. Focus is focus. You should concentrate on one thing and do it seriously. There is no doubt about the salvation of Amitabha. Without two hearts, relying on amitabha wholeheartedly is one heart. This explanation is in line with the original intention of Pure Land Gate and the fundamental mechanism of our sentient beings.

Intrinsic "singleness", manifested in external behavior, must also be singleness, walking, sitting and lying down, from morning till night, focusing on the saying that there is no Amitabha in the south, singleness and singleness, and never giving up.

"Walk, live, sit and lie down": walk, live, sit and lie down, that is to say, no matter what the situation is, whether it is busy or idle, whether it is moving or static, you can recite Buddha day and night, indoors and outdoors, and you should also recite Buddha; Everyone should be single-minded, not double-hearted; All should be specialized, not miscellaneous.

"Don't ask if the season is near": no matter how long it takes. First, the length of walking, living, sitting and lying is different. It doesn't matter. All alive, it depends. Long is long, short is short. Second, whether you are a long-term practitioner or a new learner, even if you just started today and died at night, you have been exposed to this method for such a short time. That is to say, "from the moment I met this practice, I read the name of Amitabha, live, sit, read Amitabha if I have, and read nothing else." Anyone who goes to bliss is called chanting the name of Amitabha. " I fell asleep at night, of course I didn't look; You don't study when you work hard. However, although we didn't study, it doesn't mean that we gave up. We brought it up again, but it just disappeared temporarily because we were busy with work or fell asleep. This is something we can't do. As far as peace of mind is concerned, we always believe as soon as we believe; As far as departure is concerned, when we read Amitabha, we will read it forever, which is our psychological trend.

"Guan Jing" said: the light shines all over the world, and all beings can't give up when they read Buddha. Amitabha's absorption of us is a real obsession. As long as we specialize in the Pure Land Method and recite the name of Amitabha, Amitabha will stay with us day and night. Amitabha is a Buddha with twelve lights, one of which is called "Continued Light". We have to sleep at night, and Amitabha doesn't have to sleep; We forgot to sleep, and Amitabha is still looking at us: This is sentient beings, call my name and wish to give birth to my pure land. My light will accept him and will not abandon him! Just because we are asleep, Amitabha has no power and the light is cut off, so we are lost. If I die in my sleep, am I not corrupt? I won't! People who specialize in chanting Buddha fell asleep at night and shone with the light of Amitabha. If you are asleep, then you have really passed-after three realms and six roads, you have reached the pure land of bliss. So, don't worry, have a good sleep at night, let's not worry. When sleeping, lean over there and say, "Amitabha, Amitabha ..." Read the Buddha with peace of mind and sleep in the light of Amitabha tonight. Amitabha's light is like a net basket. We Buddhists, Amitabha, wrapped us in a net basket of 84 thousand lamps and held it. We can't miss it.

In this way, I devoted myself to the life of Amitabha, and I devoted myself to reading Amitabha, walking, sitting and lying down. It is a habit to read Amitabha when you have time, and to read Amitabha when you think of it. I didn't give up Amitabha to study other scriptures or practice other laws, so I concentrated on reading the name of Amitabha, which is a proper business. The name dedicated to Tommy, 100% decided to go to Elysium.

The master of good guidance explained in five words: I would like to die if I follow the Buddha. The reason why you can become a past life simply by calling your name is because you "die as the Buddha wishes." We didn't read Amitabha in the south and followed the oath of Amitabha's residence. Obey Buddha's wishes and make use of them. Amitabha, no matter whether we have a pure heart or not, as long as we persevere, as long as we live, sit and recite his name, it is karma and it is easy to decide to die. Only by saying Tommy's name and following the Buddha's original wish can we call it a proper business.

A good guide said: all ordinary people born of good and evil are based on the karma of Amitabha's great wish. The cause of great wish is to increase the upper edge, which means the same as "follow the Buddha's wish to do business." Because I didn't read Amitabha in the south, I followed the Buddha's original wish; Following the Buddha's original wish, we will have Amitabha's great wish, great cause and great strength. We go to Elysium, relying entirely on the power of Buddha.

(2) Auxiliary industry: If it is recited according to the ceremony, it is called "auxiliary industry". If, as mentioned above, we worship Amitabha, recite Pure Land III, view bliss and honor, and praise and support Amitabha, it is called auxiliary business.

Why can't other practices be called positive definite karma? Put the rest aside for the time being. Let's take five positive actions. Reciting the Infinite Life Sutra, observing the Infinite Life Sutra and Amitabha Sutra is not called Zhengding Industry. There is only one kind of proper business-reciting the name of Amitabha, and reciting these three classics can only be called a secondary business. Because Amitabha didn't mean to read Buddha, but said: When I became a Buddha, all beings said to read my name and came.

It is difficult to recite Buddha, and there are many difficulties:

First, you should have scriptures, without which you can't recite them.

Second, even if there are scriptures, I can't understand them.

Third, you can read books, and you can't read them at inappropriate times and occasions. You can't croak with a book on the bus. However, chanting Buddha is different. It's convenient and easy to bring rosary or not. On any occasion, at any time, people can't steal, rob, take away or put an end to it.

For this reason, Amitabha chose to recite the Buddha's name, "You recite my name and go to my pure land". We read the Buddha and follow the original wishes of the Buddha, so it is called Zhengding career. Amitabha said: If you pronounce my name and die, I will not become a Buddha! Well, let's recite the name of Amitabha Nanwu, and let the past be handled by Amitabha. So chanting Buddha is not a certain thing. Worship is not a definite occupation. Some people can worship, but there are diseases in the waist and legs. People who are bedridden can't worship, and they will miss a lot.

Second, the relationship between Zhengding industry and auxiliary industry

What is the relationship between four auxiliary industries and Zhengding industry?

We are not saying that we need these four auxiliary industries to help us achieve the goal of passing away. In that case, since we are the main industry, we don't need these four auxiliary industries to help us. Since Tommy Buddha's name is a serious business, it is bound to die and needs no other help.

It's like getting a ride on the highway. We have to have an entrance. If there is no entrance, we can't get up. These four auxiliary industries lead us to Liuzi Highway just like entering a crossing. Once you practice Zhengding industry, the merits and demerits of these four auxiliary industries are included in saying that there is no Amitabha in the south.

These three scriptures all tell us that if we specialize in chanting Buddha, as the Buddha wishes, we will surely die. Through chanting Pure Land III, we know that these three classics are dedicated to chanting Buddha for us, so that we can enter the business of chanting Buddha through chanting.

Classics are not for us to read blindly. Although reading has merits, classics mainly let us understand the truth and follow the teachings. There are four words at the beginning of each classic-"If I smell it" and "If I smell it" mean that we believe what the Buddha said. For example, in the Amitabha Sutra, it is said that from the west, there is a world called Elysium on the land of ten trillion buddhas. Hearing this, we nodded: so that's it! Going to the 10 trillion Buddha country in the west is called bliss on earth.

We don't need to question what the Buddha said. In particular, the pure land religion method is "only the Buddha can explore" and "only the letter can enter", which is beyond our incredible realm. When the Buddha told you this, you believed that you were "believing in Buddha's wisdom". At the end of each sutra, we are also taught to "accept with joy" and "follow the teachings". The ultimate goal of reading classics is to follow the teachings, understand and implement the classics in our hearts and put them into practice.

There are two ways to recite: one is to recite orally and recite sentence by sentence according to the text; One is practice. Let's read the phrase "there is no Amitabha in the south", which is equivalent to reading all three scriptures. Why? Because the Amitabha sutra says that we should recite Buddha, now we are chanting Buddha, which is equivalent to practicing this sutra. We are not only reciting classics, but also implementing them. Is this a step further?

For example, an old lady, although she can't read, knows how to specialize in chanting Buddha. The words of the Three Classics are equal to all understanding, and the truth of the Three Classics is equal to all understanding. Some people can recite and explain, but they can't, which is not good.

In the book "Reading Buddha's Induction", it is recorded that there was a mason who was born in poverty and had no education. After becoming a monk, I specially read Buddha and read this name all day long. One day, he went to Gokurakuji in Harbin to find Master Xu. During his abstinence, he took the initiative to wait on patients. After living for more than ten days, he asked the resident master for leave and quit. The resident master felt that he was too short-sighted and just left for ten days. He said no, I want to go to the western paradise. If he really wanted to go, the resident teacher decided to let him go. How to achieve it? Clean a room for him and find some masters to read Buddha to him. Before he died, the people who saw him off saw that he was going to die in Buddhism that day and asked him if he could write a poem as a souvenir when he left. He said he was a coolie, uneducated, unable to write a poem, and unable to write a poem. However, he has two truths to tell you, which are his experiences. What are these two sentences? He said: it is not true wisdom to say impossible. After saying these two sentences, he began to recite Buddha with everyone and died in less than a quarter of an hour.

These two sentences are very real. "You can talk but you can't do it", the classics are well spoken and the truth is very clear, but you can't do it. This is not true wisdom. Then what is true wisdom? Although she is a silly old lady, she can't explain, but she can read Amitabha's sentence, which is real wisdom!

Pill metaphor-chanting Buddha is doomed to death. Goode explained the relationship between chanting Buddha and chanting Buddha: chanting Buddha is like reading a prescription, and scripture is like reading a prescription. The six characters are called pills. As patients, we take medicine according to the prescription, and then take medicine according to the prescription. How do we take this medicine? Yes The good guide explained to us: these three prescriptions are all for you to read the six-character name! The six-character name is pill. If we eat it, can we live? Can you live! Throughout the ages, many illiterate old ladies died of bliss.

There are also people who specialize in classics, just like prescriptions, but can you be good without taking medicine? I can't. The important thing is pills! Take the medicine according to the prescription, then take the medicine.

When we worship Buddha, we should completely submit. "There is no Amitabha in the south! I am a sinful ordinary person, thanks to your old man. " My body is bent and my heart is obedient. Please ask Amitabha to be the master. My body and mind are totally devoted to Amitabha, and I abide by Amitabha's oath: this is called "the ceremony of coming back to life".

We worship Amitabha, who wants us to recite his name and go to the next life. So worship is also "there is no Amitabha in the south, and there is no Amitabha in the south ...". Our greatest admiration for Amitabha is the name of Amitabha; The greatest support is to die in the pure land of bliss How to die? Said there was no amitabha in the south.

If you can't recite the Buddha alone, or your body is inconvenient, or the environment doesn't allow you, you can't worship the Buddha even if you don't recite the scriptures. Does this affect the death of Buddha? It won't affect. Because chanting Buddha is a serious business, I decided to live.
