Is there a subway to downtown Hong Kong after the customs clearance at Luohu Port?

There is a subway after Luohu customs clearance, but it is not clear whether you are talking about downtown Hong Kong, Kowloon or Hong Kong Island. If you want to go to Hong Kong Island, you can take the subway from Luohu to Tsim Sha Tsui and then transfer to Hong Kong Island.
