This is an absolute, this is the first couplet of Tongcheng No. 1 Middle School in Tongcheng, Anhui Province. So far, no one can match the second couplet.

There is currently no solution to this couplet (it is not ruled out that someone has already solved it, but it hides the hidden power and reputation). There are two layers of traps hidden in this couplet. The first layer of traps is that the four characters "tong", "tong" and "tong" in the first couplet have the same pronunciation but different characters. The two characters "zhong" and "zhong" also have the same pronunciation but different characters. This layer of traps is easy to break, and there are a lot of them just by searching on the Internet. The second level of mechanism is that Lian Zhongtong and Tong are both composed of the same character plus a radical, and the character Zhong is composed of the character for tong plus a radical (the traditional Chinese character for Zhong is composed of the character for golden boy). This is a character split, and this layer of mechanism is difficult to break. Only when both layers of mechanisms are broken can it be considered a true confrontation. Otherwise it can only be said that it is only half correct. If anyone could match up these two levels of mechanisms, he would gain more than just merit and fame, but it’s a pity that it’s not me.
