Why can't China write novels or cartoons as good as the Japanese?

How do I feel? Maybe different nationalities have different talents. Perhaps the talent of Japanese comics is indeed better than that of other countries, including China. 2L said that this country was unified long ago. But many countries unified earlier, such as the United States. American comics are not necessarily better than Japan.
