Huawei left a memorial for 8 years.
It's been more than a year since I left Huawei. Think about it. In June, nine years ago, I was excited and came to Shenzhen Huawei Base with a few friends. As a communication student, entering Huawei has always been my greatest expectation. I still remember when the interviewer asked me why I chose the technical service position, I replied, "It's easy to conquer the world, but difficult to defend it. I hope to be a soldier guarding Huawei's world! " This sentence is the reason I gave myself after choosing a good position, and it is also the promise I have been practicing in the past four years.
after joining Huawei, after a series of training and internship, I entered my own department-China GSRC. I can't say I'm happy when I first met the department. After all, many seniors have heard about the evaluation of the department, and even had a lot of worries in their hearts at the beginning. But Huawei is like this. I don't have leisure time to give you much thought. At the end of the internship, the leader arranged a business trip. Soon after I arrived at the department, I started my four-year growth journey in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
yes, the first four business trips were in west Africa. I have hesitated and worried. Four business trips to West Africa, nearly two years. From the initial worries, the search for all kinds of information before departure, to the excited exchange with a group of British couples on the plane. After waking up, I arrived in Accra, the capital of Ghana. Ghana is also known as the Gold Coast. Up to now, there are still many Chinese people searching for gold there. Just in 213, when they were on a business trip there, there was even a violent conflict between locals and China gold diggers. It was my project colleague who picked up the plane that day. At that time, I told my colleagues that West Africa was better than I expected. In fact, I was a little disappointed. After all, in a place where you haven't had any experience, Africa will never make you look as amazing as China at first sight. Short and old buildings, broken roads, hot weather and, of course, a clearer sky than in China are the first impressions of Africa. And several subsequent trips to West Africa, the first impression is generally the same.
before I went to Africa for the first time, I bought a lot of anti-mosquito facilities such as cooling oil and wind oil according to the guidance of the forum. But when I went to the company and saw many female employees, family members and children in the canteen, I was completely relieved. After all, so many female employees and their families and children can live happily here. What do I have to worry about as a rural baby who grew up in the field? Facts have also proved that even if I stayed in Ghana for more than nine months, I encountered the most poisonous mosquitoes in Burkina Faso, and I caught various reptiles on the bed in C? te d 'Ivoire. Although I was often bitten by mosquitoes and inexplicably got a few small lumps, malaria, typhoid fever and other common diseases in West Africa were out of my reach. Now I am often grateful to have such a group of friends since I was a child, catching loaches in the fields, digging bird nests in trees, fishing frogs in rice fields and chasing and fighting in rivers. It is these experiences that have tempered me and enabled me to face everything optimistically overseas.
The work in West Africa was not smooth sailing either. The first time I did a project in Ghana, I made a TL, relocated Ericsson, and accepted it at the community level. At that time, I faced many difficulties and even received complaints from customers. It may be that the newborn calf is not afraid of tigers, but it took nine months to finish the relocation, and then it joined the maintenance project, becoming more and more familiar with customers and colleagues. At one time, I wanted to stay there permanently, but it was a pity that there was no separation. Before the National Day in 213, I returned to China to get married and have children with my girlfriend who had been in love for 8 years. The long and long-distance business trip did not affect the revolutionary friendship between my wife and me, but deepened my belief in marrying her. My wife got pregnant soon after I got married, and I continued to travel to Gabon, a country in West Africa, where the forest coverage rate is over 8%. Because there was no PO delivery, and my wife's reaction in the early stage of pregnancy was relatively large, she applied for returning to China soon after waiting. After spending the first three months with my wife, I went to Ivory Coast-C? te d 'Ivoire for business. Abidjan, the capital, is known as Little Paris, with its coffee flavor and colorful small houses. I have begun to appreciate Africa. Because I am near the sea, I like watching the sunset on the roof, watching the dark clouds before the rainstorm, playing in the living room with the kitten in the dormitory on weekends, or watching local children play football barefoot on the path between the dormitory and the canteen. After a long time, you will understand the smile on the black face lying in the shade, and why there are football stars like Drogba and Yaya Toure in this country. Time flies, my wife's due date is coming, and I hurried back to wait for the arrival of the child. I am lucky. I graduated from graduate school in 212, got married in 213 and successfully welcomed my first child in 214. Although I travel frequently, I haven't left behind one thing I should do. Shortly after the baby was born, I went to Burkina Faso on business. This is one of the poorest countries in the world and the happiest place for my business trip. Every day, customers in Burkina Faso take the initiative to tell me Bonjour, a very simple people, and customers often discuss with us if they have any questions. When we need help, we always feel afraid to trouble us, which makes us cherish and attach great importance to all the needs of our customers. Finally, the relocation of the capital region was successfully realized, and customers were helped to rank first in the national Benchmark test, which achieved a win-win result. Now Burkina Faso has won the Small Country Management Award every year. This is the result of mutual respect, and it is also the reward that customers deserve. Now I often miss the scene of several colleagues who went fishing together, went to the crocodile park to feed crocodiles, played basketball together, played table tennis after dinner, and missed the scene of everyone crowded into a room to watch TV. During that time, I felt like I was a child. No matter how difficult the external conditions were, everyone worked together, but they were also carefree.
After I came back from Burkina Faso, my trip to West Africa came to an end temporarily. From the beginning of fear, to be safe when you come, to truly feel and love this land. I grew up gradually, gained love along the way, formed a family, and earned a lot of income. I want to say: thank you, West Africa!
Burkina Faso: Several brothers who walk from dormitory to canteen every day
went to Saudi Arabia to support ZAIN's three-year relocation project at the end of 214. As it was the first phase, the workload was mainly concentrated in this year. Therefore, a lot of work has been done in the past, from the initial overnight relocation to 24-hour or even 36-hour work. After more than a month of persistence, I really couldn't bear it. Fortunately, two new employees who were full of blood came to help me rotate at night and finally survived the climbing period of the project. Saudi Arabia is a relatively traditional Muslim country, and the implementation of various bans is relatively strict. Because of the busy project, I often can't go to the canteen to eat, and eating is a big problem. Going out in the sun, there are no pedestrians on the road, but we often find a suitable restaurant on the road for a long time to eat. There's really nothing we can do. Just buy some food to fill our stomachs. The trip to Saudi Arabia is really a great test for us. After a period of suffering, everyone learned their lesson and began to cook their own food. I didn't go back to order some noodles myself, knead a pimple, or cook instant noodles with eggs. The only pain is that I didn't eat pork after a few months. . . This can only be compensated by a business trip in Bahrain.
Saudi Arabia went on a business trip to Bahrain, which is a relatively open Muslim country. I didn't stay there for a long time, but I was the fattest ever when I returned home. I don't know whether the food in Bahrain is too good or whether it is to compensate for the malignant weight gain caused by the hard days in Saudi Arabia. Every day, the dining hall is full of food and fruit drinks, and after eating, I take a lot back to the dormitory. Bahrain is very small. We visited it in less than one day, and saw all three scenic spots, a tree, a well and a bridge in Bahrain. Because there is only one tree in the desert, and it is quite big, so it is called the tree of life. There is also a life-saving well in the desert. Although it is not a rarity for us, it is a symbol of the resilience of the Bahraini people. The bridge connecting Saudi Arabia has opened a temporary opportunity for the traditional Saudi people to release their passion, so there is another joke that the Saudi is sincere about Islam and can be seen directly by the number of times he went to Bahrain. Everyone knows the specific reasons.
The dormitory in Bahrain is a few hundred meters away from the seaside. Every night, we go for a walk by the seaside, or catch crabs in the sea, or go to various discount shops or watch. . . A happy life is always short. Two months later, I returned to China and ended my trip to the Middle East.
if I hadn't come to Huawei, I wouldn't have the opportunity to travel to Latin America, which is so far across the Pacific Ocean. It has long been known that Latin America is rich in beautiful women, and there are especially many Miss World from Colombia. My brothers and sisters are all happy for me, saying that you have finally made it through and are going to a good country for business. Yes, for me, this is really a good country, at least a place where you can have many fantasies. After a long journey, I arrived in Bogota, the capital of Colombia, a mountain city with an altitude of more than 2, meters. The seasons are like spring. The climate is really comfortable, and finally all kinds of throat symptoms caused by blowing air conditioners too much in the hot climate of Africa and the Middle East can be alleviated. I stayed in Colombia for half a year and didn't blow the air conditioner once. There was no air conditioner in the room at all. There are several male and female colleagues in the project team who are really happy. They organize activities every weekend, either climbing mountains, watching movies or shopping, or walking around the small town, playing paragliding, watching underground churches and going deep into the Amazon jungle. Everywhere we went, many people took photos with us, which showed that they were very enthusiastic and wanted to communicate with us. Unfortunately, we didn't know much Spanish and the locals didn't know much English. In this way, I missed a lot, haha! What's amazing is that we have seen Chinese restaurants in many small towns and promoted Chinese culture in such a distant place. We are really proud of the diligence and courage of our Chinese nation.
at this time, the project has become very skilled, and there are no waves from various reviews in the early stage, to promoting the use of SmartRNO as parameters and neighborhood scripts for local employees before relocation, and then to handling various difficult problems during relocation. I remember who said that the best delivery is calm, and this is the case with the Columbia project, where customers are not in a hurry and the project team is in an orderly way. The first phase of the project was successfully delivered, and the customer specially sent a thank-you letter to Huawei's delivery project team. I also held an American visa in Colombia to go to Miami, but unfortunately everyone didn't make it in the end for various reasons. Fortunately, when I returned home, I had a chance to transfer from the United States and went to new york for a day. I immediately ran to the Central Park, where everyone in the six-person group often went, but unfortunately I couldn't find the coffee shop. Everyone said it was fictitious. Well, I have been there, so it's a commemoration of the earliest American drama I chased! I braved the heavy rain on the streets of new york and returned to my motherland after half a day.

Wonderful trip to New Matai
After a difficult trip to West Africa and the Middle East, I lived a happy business life. Thailand has always been my dream business trip, and all men know it [covering their faces]. I didn't expect it to come so soon. A few days before the Chinese New Year in 16 years, the leader arranged a business trip on the DTAC project in Thailand. Finally, my dream of traveling in Thailand came true. Although I couldn't spend the New Year at home, fortunately, my wife came to spend a few days with me. I stayed for more than 4 months in total, which was also my best year in recent years. The project was well done and my life was good. Unfortunately, I didn't cherish the opportunity later, and my application ended early. PS: I met a group of good brothers on the Thai project, and the happiest thing every day was to sit together and talk about shrimp and eggs [shy]
After Thailand, I went to Malaysia, which was the last long-term business trip, and stayed for 7 months in total. The project was really difficult, and the members of the project team didn't cooperate happily. Finally, they even ended their trip to Malaysia in a quarrelsome and emotional way. It's a pity to think about it now. Many local Chinese and overseas Chinese have encountered many interesting things. I remember that I met a beautiful Thai woman in a clothing store and had a good chat. I wanted to leave my phone number. Finally, I suddenly remembered if it would be Ladyboy. When I asked, I got a yes! ! I was scared to pee in an instant, so when I meet a Thai beauty in the future, I must remember to ask more: Are u Ladyboy?
As children and myself get older, sometimes I will think in bed, why should I stay here, away from my hometown, away from my wife and children, and what is the significance? And with more and more disgusting things in the project, I finally took a big step and changed departments to return to China! In 17 years, it officially stepped out of the wireless network regulation network excellent delivery industry and entered a new industry: video surveillance.
I changed my career, but my business trip continues, and so does my growing journey, which is not limited to Asia, Africa and Latin America. Although sometimes the project is busy, the story happens every day. I am not a note-taking person, but in retrospect, every place has different fun. I still clearly remember the cheerful enthusiasm of the African people and see that we often say China, China; The piety of the people in the Middle East to faith is touching; Passionate Latin beauties, and the children we met in small towns in Colombia who were chatting with us with translation software while walking with their mobile phones. Now I think that I am lucky. Joining Huawei has given me a platform to see the world and enabled me to get out of poor family of origin and meet different people and things. thank you
