But we have been able to eat and wear warm clothes, and our material needs have been basically met. So we pay more attention to our spiritual needs, we want to do what we like, and we want to get a sense of belonging, love and respect in interpersonal relationships. These don't mean that working in a factory can bring us.

So you will find that people who pay attention to this demand will quit their jobs and do what they like, even if they have stable jobs. Therefore, we need to see the conflicts and differences between their needs and ours, so that we can better understand them and ourselves.
