Wow! That smell is smoky enough! If it is particularly good, and you can talk to each other, you can speak frankly! If the relationship doesn't reach that level or you are worried that others are embarrassed to say it, just say it euphemistically, or don't say it at all, so as to gradually alienate yourself from that bad smell.
