Why do successful people get up at 4 am, and how do they do it?

Did the college entrance examination counterattack succeed? In my opinion, it actually depends on two words "faith".

Because of the mistakes in the senior high school entrance examination, I successfully missed the key class and was assigned to the ordinary class. Because of the poor learning atmosphere in ordinary classes, I indulged myself, distracted all day in class, played after class, and took my mobile phone to school, which led to my whole senior one and senior two being in a muddled state, and my grades were also thirty or forty (50 students in the class).

Suddenly one day I read an article about the dark horse in the college entrance examination, and how many points I got in the exam in how many days. Hope to be ignited, I am determined to make a determined effort from now on and be admitted to re-school. As soon as I entered the third year of high school, I planned my work and rest and strictly implemented it.

I don't get up at four o'clock, but at half past three. Some people think that getting up early is a kind of torture, even if it is hard to get up. I didn't think so at the time. I thought I was smart. Others can counterattack successfully, so can I. So, at 3: 30, I woke up on time and got used to it in a week or so. I always get up at half past three and wake up earlier. Not only did I not feel sleepy, but I was full of spirit, and I felt a sense of excitement in my heart, as if I saw a famous school waving to me.

I don't brag at all. In the first exam, I jumped from forty to fifth. Someone guessed privately that I was cheating, and I smiled and said nothing.

However, this excitement did not last long. By the next semester of senior three, my grades have been stable in the top few, perhaps because of my arrogance and slackness. I found that I couldn't get up in the morning and I didn't feel excited. However, I still get up at 3: 30. Since I am sleepy at home, I will go out to study. Every morning after dinner, I will go to the river to recite English and Chinese. When the cold wind blew on my face, the excitement seemed to come back.

Finally, I did it. I got the first place in my class, and my story became a "little myth" in my class.

Because of faith, it gives me the motivation to get up early. After a period of persistence, getting up at four o'clock became a habit, and then it was easy to do it.
