I have a clear attitude towards working hours and my own time. When I go to work, I work hard. After work, it is my own time, and I can do whatever I want. So please don't waste my time organizing various things after get off work, such as networking, mobilization, and holding some unimportant meetings. You can do it, but I don’t have to participate. About overtime. I can only tolerate necessary overtime. For example, if there is too much business to handle, or my own mistakes cause delays, OK, I will work overtime.

I don’t care about any other reasons for working overtime. I don’t care about the so-called wolf culture, overtime culture (overtime can become a culture, holy shit), overtime simply to improve performance or even just to save face. There is no shame in packing my things and leaving on time after get off work.

And there must be benefits to working overtime. You said that some hard-working employees would work overtime for free for some collective benefit. Who are you kidding? Don’t always ask me why I go to work/my ideals/my development goals. I made it very clear: I go to work to make money and enjoy happiness. The goal of development is to make more money and enjoy more happiness. The ideal is not to have to go to work. As for corporate development, corporate culture, contributing to the people, etc., it's all nonsense and I don't care at all. If I said these words, I must have done so to save face on some occasion. Therefore, if I do the work, I will expect corresponding rewards. If the reward does not match my efforts, I will run away. Don't talk to me about feelings.

By the way, I have no interest in any national policies, national events, "collective ideas", or the trends that the government wants to lead. No one can control my thoughts. If one day a group of red sleeves come to arrest me and say they want to brainwash me, I will fight them tooth and nail. God has given me teeth, and I can bite people to death with them. Introversion does not mean communication disorder, and not taking the initiative to talk to people all day does not mean being withdrawn. Also, please don’t always give me opinions on major life events like getting married and having children. I have my own way of doing things, and it is my own freedom to have a family or not. But please criticize me in a targeted manner, and don’t make long remarks that satirize my personality/working style/mentality, etc., and don’t even tell me what I did wrong for a long time.
